They changed a transmission without approval from warranty and now warranty won't cover it because it was not inspected prior to change. Spoke to PJ and stated he has been doing this for 15+ years. I asked in his experience how many times did an inspection not needed to be done. He was speechless and could not answer. He knows procedures but failed to follow them. Now he wants over 11K for a transmission. Do not bring your vehicle here! They overcharge and will try to get over on you. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They do not live up to their values or ethics!
