Omer from 24/7 Locksmith Solutions did a fantastic job doing the re-keying of our new home plus ADU. We first connected around 4pm, was available, and by 6pm same day he arrived at our doorstep. Our new home has non-standard locks that the first locksmith that we brought on site did not even want to try to service. Omer, who's a super friendly guy, did not blink an eye and immediately got working on them. It turned out to be significantly more complicated to disassemble the locks and put them back together again, but in stead of giving up and passing up on the job, Omer got stuck in and thought it was a good opportunity to learn about new locks. By 10pm, still with a big smile on his face, he had everything assembled for both the main house and the second unit. Real respect for this guy! I cannot recommend this 24/7 locksmith highly enough. I had a 2am emergency (finally found my cat, who had been trapped for 10 hours inside a locked outdoor utility room) and tried several other "24/7" locksmiths who did not pick up the phone. Omer answered the phone immediately, came quickly to my house dressed in his locksmith t-shirt, managed to unlock the door and save my cat (hooray!). Wow! What service. I asked for a quote from 8 places to program an electronic key and cut the physical key for my Toyota. His was the lowest. I spoke to him mid-morning to ask him to come out early afternoon or in the evening. He said he would try to be here by 1:30, but would confirm later. Called at 1:00 to confirm whether 2:00 would work. Showed up 2:00 sharp! Done by 2:15 - a job that others were telling me would take a couple of hours!!! Everything working perfectly. Jack was professional, friendly, and did a great job! Someone broke into our postal lock box, stole the entrance gate key, and then tried to break into our mail boxes. We were anxious to get the gate re-keyed and secured right away.
