Super super convenient place to ship US packages to. We've shipped a handful of packages (small and large) there now and the experience was also smooth. It's really nice that it's open 24/7 so we can pick up our packages anytime and the entire process is self-serve. You just enter your code and a locker pops open. They have wifi available inside to look up the code if you didn't prepare ahead of time. They also have a station where you can open your packages and toss away the packing material. I noticed other negative reviews are mostly regarding the customer service. Having never spoken to a single person there, I have nothing to say about that. We came here around 8pm to pick up a parcel. There were people in and out while we were there. We like to send our parcels here to save on customs and have been doing so for years. We love that its opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so its perfect for people like us. The system is super organized, you just enter the number the send you (via email) to retrieve your parcel. Someone posted "who picks up packages after midnight anyway?" I DO! Like a lot of people who work at night, I get off work at 3 AM and am in no mood to get up at 9 pr 10 am to go get my package. (Would you get up at 2AM to pick up a package???) With that said, I've used 24/7 parcel for years now and been real happy. I live on a boat with no mail delivery so I used to have a post office box with USPS. That cost me way more per year than I ever spent at 24/7 Parcel, was very limited on what size packages they would put in it, and I was constantly getting notes that I had to come back during daytime hours to pick up an "oversized" package. They inconvenienced me with this even though the so called oversized package was almost always small enough that it would have easily fit in my otherwise empty PO box.. Never had any of these problems with 24/7 Parcel. Better customer service than USPS, can pick up any size package as well as letter mail any time of the day or night, and I pay WAY less than I was paying for a USPS PO box. read more

I live in Vancouver and have used this company twice already with pleasant experiences. Extremely easy to set-up and simple to have your packages sent to them for pick-up. They are literally open 24/7. Your package gets put into an locker for pick-up, which is opened with a code. The site feels secure. When not staffed you can access the building with a code to get your package. Although the building is not staffed, they responded to an issue I was having via email within minutes and they were able to find a solution quickly. They also followed up to ensure everything was cleared up with my account. They even have free wifi for us Canadians to use if an issue does arise. Great job guys. Closes at 3pm? That's way to early! They cannot accomodate the volume of packages that cannot be placed in a locker due to size. No storage room space! Staff unable to accomodate customers who cannot get there during the restrictive staffed hours. read more

Every time my family got letters or packages forwarded from this company my letter envelopes are filthy and my packages look like they were stepped on with dirty boots. I do not think this company cares about cleanliness and keeping letters in good condition. And they shove the letters into tiny envelopes to save money on shipping instead of buying the next size up envelope. Their store hours are like 1 hour a day. So no time for cleaning for sure. I used to have my things shipped here. It was convenient because they have a locker where you can pick up your items anytime and they are right across from the police station. So you feel that your package will be in safe hands. But again. who picks up items past midnight. I find that they are over priced. I mean now that they are bigger then say 1 year ago yes getting a locker is a lot easier. But their fee is the most most expensive. $3 per package and $1 per day after 1 week. On October 5th at 11:30am: Upon being notified my goods were delivered, I crossed the border to pick them up. One package from Amazon was not in the locker. I asked the female attendant where it was. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked again. She said she hadn't 'scanned' it yet. I asked her to take a quick look behind the counter to see if it was there or being readied for the locker. She responded by saying it was 'too much of a hassle' and then further expressing that there were hundreds of packages to be scanned. I looked behind the counter to see that there were maybe a dozen or 2 of boxes. Very few of them with the Amazon logo - making it easy to just eyeball the boxes. It gets worse. I told her I came a long way and asked again for the simple courtesy of eyeballing the shelf and see if she could find it. I was flatly told NO! Then she had the audacity to say "if you don't like it go somewhere else" Salt in the wound: 25 mins later I was driving up the freeway in Canada and got a notification that my box was placed in the locker. Literally, my package was in the process of being placed in the locker and this vile attendant cost me a lot of time and effort with what amounts to as the lowest mannered service I've ever witnessed from a service provider in Blaine. Suffice it to say, after a very long loyalty to this business, I will not only not give them another hard earned penny, I will direct all my friends and family to cancel their relationships with this place and go to one of the other dozen or so similar services within blocks. Pass on this parcel place... Had the worst experience with these because of the pathetic customer service. This is a short review as there is little to say other than their business practice is deplorable, non existent. Arrived early afternoon after driving a long way in the pouring rain, waiting in border line ups and crossing the border, only to find that it looked like it was out of business. That's because it was closed, door locked -on a weekday-no holiday- no lights, no staff, no answer {Canadian #}, no help, no call back, nothing. These people couldn't care less. We even called another location to get help and the person was going to pass on the message to the owners. We hung around for over an hour waiting for a call back but nothing. They never did call us back after multiple messages. Had to turn around and wait at the border crossing and drive all the way back. Gas, time, frustration, you name it. We didn't know if we were more shocked or stunned by their utter carelessness and non business sense. Find yourself another place. We've used a few other services and had good experiences but never had this bad of service. I'd give them a minus if I could. Heck I'd send them a damn bill if I could! read more

Alright. I never thought I would have to write an update review on 24/7 but I will. I'd say 95% of the packages I ship to Blaine go in the automated lockers so I've never had to really talk to someone. For their automated service, 5 stars. Today was one of the few times I had to talk to someone because I had to pick up a large package during staffed hours. Not a problem, I'll take time off work and make the 50 min drive trek & go through the border. And I'm sure a lot of other 24/7 customers do the same. I know I'm no different. But what I think makes a 5 star company better than a 3 star is their level of customer service. I don't think their service is outstanding. I'm sure they realize that they have customers travelling out of their way to use their service. I had a package that arrived at 11:15 and when I picked up my packages at 1:45, they refused to look for it. I know - against their normal procedure because I hadn't received the email saying it was ready to be picked up. There was no leeway, just a big fat no. I understand if there are customers waiting of course not. Staff check in packages but 5 minutes or an attempt was all I wanted. But the fact that they showed no empathy it really was disappointing. I was even tempted to wait there, but I decided not to and of course an hour later, I got the notification that I could pick it up. I am grateful of their parcel service but for the 1+ years I have been supporting them and telling all my colleagues and friends, I truly wish they valued their customers. They offer $3 referral bonuses which I find a little insulting because a new customer is definitely worth more than $3 (I had a dentist office give the lady who referred me $5 when dentists make SO much from new customers.) I've felt like they should not even bother but I'm sure other people enjoy the promo. I almost regret telling people about this company because it looks like they have so many customers that parcel retrieval is no longer a quick process like they used to have it. read more

Despite stuffing all your shipments in one locker, they charge $0.50 per day per package after only 7 days, on top of normal $3 pp receiving fee. They're also closed Sundays and after 6pm, and force you to buy credits in non-refundable blocks of $10. Avoid. Many other better and friendlier options in Blaine. read more

I have used their service for quite some time. Had many packages shipped and very rarely have I ever even been charged for more than a small package. On many of my packages I know that other companies would charge for medium to large. Extremely convenient with the locker system but the only problem is that when I have a package that a large locker is not available for, it take some time for them to find a locker as they have to wait for other customer to pick up their items. Only option would be to go during office hours which defeats the purpose of using a business that I can access late at night when the traffic across the border is short. Guess that is probably a result of their popularity. The few times I have had to go during office hours, the staff was courteous and quick. Only real complaint is that they do not seem to respond to e-mail messages. read more

We used them in the past but I gave up on them for several reasons: price and customer service. For the fees they charge and restrictions in terms of hours I expect them to wow me every time. But, no. They charge a fee after 7 days. To use the 24/7 service, you must purchase credits and your credit balance must be greater than the cost of the item. For example. If your item costs $3 (standard minimum at 24/7) you must have $4 in your account. To purchase credits, you can do so in person or by credit card online with a minimum $10. As you can see, $10 doesn't divide evenly into $3.As others have mentioned, I echo the poor customer service. Picking up parcels or travelling across the border late at night or early morning always raises alarm bells with border security. Besides, there are so many many other pickup places in Blaine, some with very long hours which are super convenient, I can't recommend 24/7. read more

I saw bad reviews about bad customer service. As long as you contact them or saw them during staff hours they respond. I got a usps that said was delivered at 10:51am. I called and emailed later in the day and they said they are still scanning and checking in packages they were backed up with USPS packages. On a risk I drove there at 5pm to see if I can get it. Ok, I have had it. I have used this service for almost a year. Coping with lack of lockers and then wading through renovations. The last straw is that now even with not having my parcel in a locker where you can access 24/7 - I get a text indicating that I have to pick up the parcel within 7 days or you will incur storage charges which means you have to try to make it during THEIR hours and now they are not even open on Sundays!! Here's the dirty little secret, 24/7 Parcel Blaine runs out of lockers. So you think you're using a parcel pickup joint that will be accessible night and day. That's a big no. You'll end up receiving an email and/or text stating you need to make arrangements during their business hours. Well that sucks, let me give them a quick call. Oh shucks, they never answer the phone. Once you get a hold of a human and question why your parcel isn't in a locker, you're told too bad so sad it's in the Terms of Service. Huh, that's kind of crappy calling your biz 24/7 Parcel and then not delivering what your name implies. I called their other rural store wanting to touch base with the owner. The worker bee wouldn't take a message nor provide me with the owner's name. Once I found the Canadian owner's name through the Washington State Department of Revenue, I tried to touch base with him. Through email, I asked Mr. Tsai for a quick phone call, but instead received a generic electronic response. It's weird George is so out in South Surrey news, but he's so gun-shy with handling a customer. Since my quest to discover the Wizard of Oz, I mean the owner of 24/7 Parcel, I've learned a few things. 24/7 Parcel is trying to be the Amazon Lockers of Blaine, but that concept doesn't work well for cross-border shopping. This guy is opening a third store in Lyndon to add to his empire, perhaps he should get the first two right. I also learned that many folks who ordered their Xmas stuff didn't get it through the supposed 24/7 lockers. The owner seems to be adopting Google's customer service approach, that being zero human interaction and zero recourse when something goes awry. You have been warned young Jedi. read more

I've been using 247 since their early age. I switch from Hagen's of Blaine to 247 due to their 247 operation. Their customer service used to be good, but has greatly deteriorated recently due to their busyness. Not only service, but their offering has also deteriorated. Locker Availability In the past, when they didn't have available lockers, they'd put your package on shelf and your 7 days grace period wouldn't start until it's put into a locker. Not anymore, your 7-days start right away even if it's on the shelf all the time. Hagen's at least give you 14 days, and they're cheaper at $2.5 too. Messiness There are some reviewer who mentioned this, and I totally agree. Packages large and small piles up in the hallway, and at times not watched by any staff. Problem is, the packages are left there for a long time. I'd be concerned if I ordered expensive stuff. Computer Error When I drove down during a weekend, I entered the code, but nothing happened. No locker was opened. I called, texted, and email, but no response at all even at the next business day. I had to call the next business day to get hold of somebody to resolve it, and drive there again. Fortunately the parcels were still inside the locker. Storage Room Fee For a larger parcels, none of their locker would fit and you have to pick it up during staffed hours. You can request a storage room, but they're so limited you may not get to use it. Also, they used to be free, if I remember correctly, but now they charge you another $3. It's all because their lockers aren't big enough. Customer Service Finally, the customer service has become worse and worse. I don't feel the helpfulness and friendliness they used to have anymore. Their responses are mostly, let's just say, not helpful. All in all, their motto is great, but in reality, the pickup is according to THEIR schedule. read more

Fantastic! I was getting so tired of the limited opening hours of all the Point Roberts and Blaine package services - enter one that is ACTUALLY open 24/7! I've used it several times now and think it's great. Just make sure you have enough money in your account before you go down, because if you arrive there and find your Amazon shipment was divided into 2 packages and you're just under the amount you need... there's no Wifi in the building, so you'll need to use your roaming to get online and refill your account. (Note to 24/7: if you could make Wifi available, we would love that!) Very happy to recommend this place. read more

Best package delivery place in Blaine, WA! I have been using other services in Blaine to pick up my US packages for years, and nothing compares to 24/7 parcel. They have state of art automated package tracking system that sends emails and/or text to you once your package is delivered with the Pin code. When the package is picked up, they send another email/ text to notify the package is being picked up and the cost of the transaction. Every time I go to 24/7 @ blaine, their facility is always clean, nice and well organized. They even prepared recycle bin for the packaging material which is very handy. The only thing i have to say is for some reason my latest purchase which was delivered yesterday by UPS, has not been notified yet. This has never happened before and I definitely would suspect they are just getting way too busy for now. Just emailed them and let's see how fast they respond to inquiries. read more

Used this service for the 1st time today. Very convenient! Highly recommended. Easy to find in Blaine, there's a big sign on H street, really close to the border (1 minute as they say on their website). And this idea with a unique PIN code is fantastic! I came on Sunday at 3pm, the place was deserted but I entered my PIN to enter the building and then once again to open a storage box with my parcel. It took me 2 minutes to pick up my parcel. I also liked receiving a text and an email notifying that the order arrived and when it was picked up. The latter is convenient when someone else picks up the parcel for you - you just tell them your uniqie PIN code, that's it, no "lists of authorized persons" or ID-ing people like other companies use. Lately I have had several very bad experience with them. 1, They run out of locker, so they texted me saying they will update the locker info as soon as there is locker avaliable. I've nver received the notice. I waited for a week and went online to check my account, found out they already signed a locker to me and already charge me for the extra storage fee. I complaint.. Never got settle. 2. They claim they are 24 hours, 7 days a week. I got the text say that my package is placed on shelf, pick up during staffed hours. The reason why I use them is because I can cross the boarder at night time to avoid wait time.. Now they want me to go during the working hours? Because I prepaid.. Been using this company for awhile. Today's experience has prompted me to move my business. A parcel is waiting with my name on it in the "mystery pile"; 24/7 emailed asked to identify parcel; asked store owner how I can retrieve this parcel; owner advised you need a tracking number; advised I don't have one & why would a parcel be delivered with my name on it; I asked if they could tell me who parcel from & owner would not advise. Cannot retrieve this parcel & nowhere is there a number to call & complain. Guess parcel will stay in "mystery pile" with my name on it! Big kicker -- they won't refund my remaining balance as I told them wanted to close my account now. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Will use my remaining credit & then won't use them, ever again!! No more having to rush across the border after work and having to line up to pick up my stuff. This place is the best. The customer service is excellent and I can pickup at my convenience. They charge a daily rate ontop of the flat rate after 7 days but that is totally acceptable since they are available 24/7. Not to mention no annual fee. A Small company that has gotten to big to deal with the customers that made them. They are over priced. The little customer support they have is horrible to say the least. The way you purchase your online credit is out to lunch, you cannot even buy the credits in their fee dominations. You are left with a credit that is no good to you. We have used 24/7 for close to 2 years now ... initially we were quite tickled on the whole computerized 'no human' contact concept. Sadly, we have seen them evolve from a great concept to the point where we do not trust their services due to simple human error. Late 2013 I had received another customer's package in my locker ... luckily I had shown up during manned hours ... it took the clerk a few minutes to figure out that they mixed up our packages in each customer's locker ... but the question is ... would most customers be that honest and how would we bring this to 24/7's attention if we were to have picked the parcel up during non-staffed hours? What a pain! Unfortunately previous to the 2013 mishap I had rant and raved to many of my friends to switch from their existing parcel receivers to use 24/7. For those who have noticed recently ... our packages are constantly waiting for lockers .... building in process of major renovations to accommodate many more lockers (which to be honest ... is this a good thing since there seems to be many more human errors made?). Most recently my friend picked up her parcels during non-staffed hours and found 1 package missing but yet was informed via text (their usual process) that the 1 missing package was picked up. She contacted 24/7 via phone and email ... was advised that their computer system stated she picked up ALL the parcels therefore they consider the case closed. So how about checking all of those friggin surveillance cameras? Anyways ... lesson learned ... we are ALL switching to another parcel receiver. I've been using a different parcel pickup company and decided to try 24/7 Parcels because they advertise you're able to pick up your parcels 24 hours 7 days a week. Well, that's a lie!!! I've had 3 parcels on 3 different occasions delivered to 24/7 Parcels and all 3 times I receive an email and text saying to arrange pick during staff hours. I call them and they never answer...hmm, I wonder why??? Well, because they lie about their service. So I emailed them and I finally get a response. They tell me to email them the date that I will be picking up my package so that they can put it into a locker. So I email them back and give them a date for pick up. They email me back and say that I have been put on a "locker relocation request" and "this is not a guarantee"...well what the heck!!! After all of this I asked for a refund on my prepaid credit and was told that my credit never expires. So in other words prepay for a 24/7 convenience,but, you get business hours only inconveniences, zero customer service and no refund if they don't deliver on services advertised. Spare yourself the headache and indignity. Go spend your money somewhere else where you will get some service and respect. read more
