They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work. Thomas' demeanor and thoughtfulness kept us calm and reassured, which felt as important as the work he and his partner did. This company was hired by Costco to remove some dirt from my carpets their delivery men had brought in. While he was here I asked him how much to clean the other 2 rooms a bedroom and an office. He quoted me $395 to shampoo the 2 rooms and $110 to steam clean the 2 additional rooms. I agreed to steam clean. He told me not to go upstairs on the freshly cleaned carpet for 4-6 hours. After he left I took my shoes off and ran upstairs anyway. The hallway and stairs he charged Costco over $400 to clean was wet and clean. I go to check the 2 rooms I had paid him for they were still dry, not a piece of furniture had been moved (my office chair is on wheels and that was still there) and there was still some cat litter on the floor by the litter box. I called him back after he left and explained he did not steam clean my carpets and he insisted he did and that steam cleaning does not leave the carpets wet. I would give him the 4 stars for being able to remove the dirt from the stairs that Costco hired him to do, but he did not do the work I hired him to do then he lied about it. Unethical - do not use. The multiple names alone should be an indication of the service. Why would you use so many names if you were good in your industry.
