Sydney put me down for an appointment on the 18th of September. The morning of the appointment at 6AM, I HAD TO CONFIRM. He said that he was running late on his appointments, and could I do a noon appointment instead. I said no problem. At 12:15, I called Sydney asking if he was on the way. He hesitated to respond. Again, I ask if he is on the way. He once again hesitated. I asked again, and he responded that his tech was still in Stuart. My new home is in Lake Worth. When I started to panic thinking I would have to wait around for another couple hours, I told him I would be there until 2PM and hung up. He called back and SAID HE WAS FIRING ME. He said he didn't appreciate me raising my voice. I could not believe his lack of communication or that after all my careful planning that he would fire me. He told my mom that the brand was "UPC." Well, UPC stands for "Unified Plumbing Code," which isn't a brand. The actual brand ended up being American Standard. I had my mom text me pictures of the mixing valve once she got it out. After about 10 minutes of searching, I found the cartridge she would've needed online.
