I have never needed a non-warranty mechanic before. They charged me to diagnose the problem and charged me $800 to repair the problem. Within 24 hours I had the same problem with my car that I had before leaving the car with them for several days. Obviously, the diagnosis was wrong and the repair unnecessary. I called them to ask what we needed to do next. They wanted to charge an additional $4000 to repair another diagnosis that may not repair my issue, Very disappointed that they didn't get the diagnosis correct and that they wouldn't work with me on crediting the unnecessary repair. Of course, I can't trust the next diagnosis.

After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity.
