The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. We picked up the car to take to another shop and didn't make it half a mile before my son pulls over. The engine light was on and it had no power (we didn't drop it off in this shape). We called and were told they only pulled spark plugs to diagnose (for nearly 200 when we already told them the problem) and said it was coincidence. The new shop said they cracked a spark plugs when they put it back in. This is the 2nd time I've had issues and wouldn't recommend for so much as an oil change.

After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity.
