That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable place for auto repairs.

I dropped the car off and Phillip greeted me and I gave him a list of all of the things I thought were wrong with my vehicle. He immediately weeded out some of my concerns which was great. Chris, one of the leads, took control of fixing my car and did a wonderful job. I asked him on the phone if he could show me how he fixed my vehicle and he put the car on the lift and showed me everything. He even showed me some broken parts he had thrown in a box. I would trust these guys with my vehicle again for sure. A synthetic oil change was a little over $100 and there was a 3.5% fee for cards. While some things were expensive, others were surprisingly cheap (disposal fees, labor, etc.). Give these guys a try!

They wanted to charge more than a dealership to repair the car. When I called them out on it, of course the hustlers came up with we have to take the motor out to replace a starter. I even offered to pay them what the dealership had quoted me. They declined the offer. I then contacted Pickups Plus and spoke to Blake. I told him the situation with the car, told him I was out of state and needed a quote to replace the starter. Blake's quote came back $100 under the dealership and $155 under the hustlers. I had the car picked up from Sevcik's Service Center 2200 Longmire Drive College Station, TX 77845 and towed to Pickups Plus. Blake had my daughters car up and running a few hours later. Thanks Blake for your honesty and professional service. I thought this was fair for the workload and I figured it would be repaired right, however they forgot to reinstall my windshield wiper motor and put the cowl back very sloppy with some rivets not even in place. They also didn't plug in my windshield wiper fluid. So since it was raining and I needed my wipers, I fixed it myself on the side of the road with a few tools. When I called this morning, there was no offer to make it right but to notify the tech who made the mistake. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car! They were courteous, efficient (!!!), professional, and kind in all the interactions we had. I'm so thankful to find them on yelp when we were in a panic!
