The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. I have never needed a non-warranty mechanic before. They charged me to diagnose the problem and charged me $800 to repair the problem. Within 24 hours I had the same problem with my car that I had before leaving the car with them for several days. Obviously, the diagnosis was wrong and the repair unnecessary. I called them to ask what we needed to do next. They wanted to charge an additional $4000 to repair another diagnosis that may not repair my issue, Very disappointed that they didn't get the diagnosis correct and that they wouldn't work with me on crediting the unnecessary repair. Of course, I can't trust the next diagnosis.

Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity.
