They showed up when they said they would be here, called when they said they would call and the finished product has increased the value of our home. They also put in a cement walkway which extends from the driveway to the backyard and finished a stone wall. So many people have commented on how much nicer our home looks. The service was through AT&T and the offer at the time - January 2024 - was $55/Month but with a $250 Gift card. I never received the gift card and when I went back to them (it took 4 phone calls to get someone to actually assist me). they said that it was AT&T's fault. They would do nothing to help. When you talked with the AT&T rebate folks, they indicated that the order for service was not sent in with a rebate offer listed. There was not a $250 offer in January to begin with. I sent over the emails from AVA and AT&T is going to follow up on their false advertising. AT&T did offer me what was being offered (not through the rebate team but through their customer service... After asking to cancel my service) in January. I also used a service for moving through a concierge service that was a nightmare also. Best advice - Skip these so called Concierge services and contact venders yourself. You will get any offers that are legit at the time and will make sure that everything is on the up and up and follow through.
