However as soon as there was an issue with the fertilizer I was using and the proposal from Don he simply said "I want to cut ties" (please note we were still planning on having everything done listed in the contract). When I arrived I noticed they didn't have any power washers on the floor so I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any in the back or if they could order one. Her response was "We don't have or deal with power washers. Never have never will". I informed her their website said they did and she denied it. When I should her on there website that they had them she changed her story saying they use to have them but now do not. Overall - I understand if they do not carry a product anymore. But the fact that she was so rude and lied to me the first time was it for me.
