The date of the game was Saturday and I had tickets to see Elton John at the new Chase center on friday. I reached out to Al, and he said no problem... He picked us up from Jp Graphics and took us to the event, and waited and was right there for the return.... waiting much longer than he should have as we wanted some shirts too... It was the most beautiful day in SF, Al coudn't have been more accomodating to a bunch of crazy gals who had way to much fun!!!

Spoke with Al (the owner) yesterday to book a town car. Everything went well, gave him my CC#,…read moreaddress, phone number (noted it was my home phone), and pickup/destination details. I was then told thanks and that we were good to go and he would see me tomorrow. Today apparently while everyone was not at home they were calling the house several times looking for me in a panic. Eventually my wife got home and called to confirm everything was still on track only to discover they were in crisis mode. My wife was told that I gave them a "false" address and that they had been calling and texting all day with no answer. Well since it was the home phone and not a cell that would explain that. Also he had my credit card... if I was really trying to waste his time would I have given that in advance??? Then he got overly rude with her while she was trying to give him directions to our home. Being that it is a new address its not in some older GPS road databases. Which apparently is what he was using. Mind you google/bing/yahoo/mapquest all know where my address is. His tone and way he was disrespecting my wife on the phone was uncalled for and as unprofessional as you can get. When I called him to let him know that his services were no longer needed he was even rude to me. Never once apologized and then eventually hung up on me. Great way to treat customers and run your business. I think not! Book at your own risk.

Well this has been a bizarre experience. I'm trying to get a cab for my 76 year old mother…read more Together she and I have been trying to get a ride from South Valley Cab for the past two hours. My mother called the number on their website repeatedly (probably 5 or 6 times), often she'd get a voice mail box and on two separate occasions when she got through they said she had the wrong number and gave her another number to call. So, she calls the number that they gave her and that number actually is the wrong number having no associating with South Valley Cab. Next, I decide to call South Valley Cab myself to get this straightened out and they give me the same number to this poor individual who I then call asking for South Valley Cab. This individual tells me that someone called about an hour ago asking for a taxi. I told her, "Yeah, that's my mother - I'm trying to get her a taxi to use." I then proceeded to tell her that South Valley Cab is handing out her number. I told her to try it herself by calling the number on their website and they will give you YOUR number. She got a kick out of that. I will add that a couple of days ago I called South Valley Cab in anticipation of using their services (for my mother today). During that phone call they did not deny they were a taxi service, but asked if they could call later that night giving a specific time of 6 or 7PM - they never called back. Well, I guess I should find a different taxi for my mother to use.

We called a few but the responses were not promising. We tried to make arrangements a week ahead, two days ahead, that morning but each instructed us to call closer to our desired departure time that evening. The ride was just 4 miles away so we thought we might be left behind for a larger fare. The gentleman answering the phones at South Valley Cab was the most responsive and assuring. So that's the company we tried. South Valley Cab showed up exactly on time and was both professional and polite. He took us directly to our destination. Upon asking, he confirmed he would be available late into the evening and feel free to call the company for the return to our home. And quite late into the small hours of the morning, we called and the gentleman told us they would be there within 10 minutes. And he was. Same friendly person, Bobby, with a quick ride home in a clean car. Professional and friendly. Perfect! We will definitely use this company again.

The stretch limo was clean and comfortable. Our driver went above and beyond to get us home safely even though it added extra time and miles and wasn't in the original plan.
