This is where Vicki comes into play. Any time I have left them in Vicki's care, I have felt completely at ease. She is always on time, is mindful of any quirks the dogs have, she sends pictures every day and updates and is very responsive if you have any questions for her. Plus I just really like her as a person. She's great! The dogs love her and are always excited to see her. She has so much experience with training dogs and you can see this even from her first interaction with them. She will put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your time away. She is very thorough and has an extensive questionnaire you answer before she starts sitting for you. I highly recommend Vicki!!

We have a love hate relationship with this place. We've been going here for 2 years, boarding our…read moredog at least 3x. The first two times they still had their policy in place that they'd send pictures of our pet everyday when they were let out. We would have to call and beg for these pictures! Even when we did receive the first set of pictures, the next day they "took him out" they sent us the SAME picture from the previous day. When we dropped him off we asked about pictures again but now their policy has changed. They now post pictures on their Facebook for us to see. As soon as I checked their Facebook the most recent picture was 6 days ago!! Their reasoning for changing the policy was because people kept calling them for pictures since they weren't receiving them. We boarded him for 5 full days, one day being a holiday, and we did not see a picture of our pet. Although I don't agree with the harassing calls, pet parents are entrusting you with their loved ones. It's extremely hard to trust them when they don't even follow their own policies and we're left in the dark about our pets well being.
