I wouldn't even waste a star on these people! They shaved my dog, who had a beautiful coat of silky hair, all because they can't read and looked at someone else's dog's card. ON TOP OF THAT THEY STILL CHARGED FOR CLIPPING HER. One. If you make a mistake you don't ask your customer to pay. Two. Why wouldn't you think before shaving down a dog that obviously doesn't look like she has even been shaved before, and continue to follow a card that says that's the regular cut!? Unbelievable. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention my poor dog is old and gets very cold even when she had a beautiful tick coat of hair, and now she shakes and has to have blankets on her to stay warm. Oh, and they nicked her cyst and I can image that hurt her. Not to mention, she was probably scared having never been trimmed with electric trimmers like that. My dog is a rescue and has anxiety from her past. It took her days to come back from this. Can't express enough how horrible this place is. Don't waste your time here. I really like Kitty, she loves the dogs and always gives me the best advice. The dogs always come home looking beautiful. I think she is reasonably priced. My only complaint is the parking lot. Dropping them off isn't a problem, but picking them up is pretty stressful. I gave five stars for Kitty herself. read more

I would give a zero if I could!! Third time after having my miniature poodle groomed we had to rush our boy to the vet with a severe ear infection, 3rd time!!!!! Not only am I done with the place but I'll be telling everyone I know or potential people stay away! Not only my baby suffering but the terrible personality you get when you go in or pick up and they always get their money so you would think when you pick up your baby they would at least smile and act nice knowing they are getting $90 for two and and knowing they messed up your dogs ear!!! Kitty is well known in the area for her grooming and compassion for animals. I think she's been grooming in the area the longest of any other groomers. She's well established and doesn't even use a website because she has such a long list of clients. She cares for the animals and does a good job. If you ask anyone locally her reputation precedes her. read more

Please don't use this groomer if you have a Poodle! We have Four Standard Poodles and have been breeders for years. We don't have extremely high standards regarding our grooming preferences that is to say we don't go for the big froufrou. Top knot, ears, tail, socks. Everything else cut close. The things that have to be groomed on a Poodle regularly are the webbing of the feet and inside of the ears. Our first Visit: We first called to make an appointment and they said as long as you can get them here before 12:00PM we would be happy to work them in. We brought them in and was met by the owner who said "Who told you to come in today we are booked solid and short handed." We explained that we had just spoke with a woman that said to bring them in. The Owner told us "Ooh that was my mother she is 80 and Does this all the time." We insisted we can come back another day. She said "No we will fit them in!" At 2:30pm the owner called us and insisted we pick our dogs up immediately! because she had somewhere to be by 3:00pm. We did and when we arrived she quickly checked us out and we took them home. Our youngest Poodle wasn't fully groomed patches of hair uncut, feet, ears, they didn't even try to cut her socks. Worst grooming experience ever. Took my Galoot here and couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of service. Excellent communication, so good with my boy and he came back looking and smelling beautiful. Kitty is so knowledgeable about dog breeds and their personalities, and gave me great recommendations for local dog services. My dog has a *fierce* undercoat and it was thoroughly brushed out. HORRIBLE PLACE! The owner "groomed" my dog. I told the lady I would come pick my dog up later because I had some errands to run. She said OK. I finished my errands early and showed up at the grooming place just as she was "grooming" my dog. I saw this lady slam my little dog on her back and push her little chest in to hold her down. She then picked my dog up again and slammed her again. I had enough and told the lady to give me my dog back. NEVER AGAIN would I bring any of my dogs to this place. Before I even gave her my dog, I told her to please be gentle with my toy poodle because the last time I had her groomed, the groomer broke two of her legs because she fell off the table because she was left unattended. She said she would be gentle but I caught this lady being terribly abusive to my dog. Please, don't bring your dogs here. This lady abuses dogs when the owners are not around.
