Then was told not to bring her much because she didn't have much fur (she's old). We took it as an honest comment. However, we took our other dog (a 5 lb. Shih Tzu). When he was picked up we were told to find another groomer because, they said, he had a seizure. Well he's 10 yrs old and he has NEVER had a seizure. If he had one it was because of the groomer's mishandling. No he doesn't like his face trimmed but I could hold his face in my hand and he would let me trim even around his eyes. Sooo what do YOU think???

Highly recommend! Elisha is fantastic. We have a 16 month old goldendoodle, and 3 children (3,4,…read moreand 9). Our youngest two are loud and full of energy as most toddlers are. Combining their energy with our goldendoodle's energy and things were becoming very chaotic and stressful. Our youngest son was constantly being bothered by our dog and then reacting physically towards her. We ended up doing a lot of separation. We didn't have lot of time to focus on teaching her basic commands in the beginning or provide her with a good foundation like we should have from the get go. We sent her to spend a little under 2 weeks with Elisha for training. She's been back home for about a week now and she's been so calm and chill since she's been back. We haven't had to use any of the redirecting tips she gave us. I am honestly just amazed at how different her overall temperament is in the small amount of time she worked with her. We're still working on some skills but it's making it easier to teach/train her now that she's already been introduced to them.
