Our entire appointment was setup through the Yelp app. Super convenient. I didn't go with another vendor because they wanted me to call in order to get the details of what I needed & give me bid. Not Jon. I was able send pictures, talk price, get his recommendations & set the appointment all through the app. He arrived earlier than me, saved me money by reusing parts from another lock that was being removed. Jon was friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I will be calling him again and referring him when friends and family need a locksmith. 6-stars!!!!

They will lie in order to protect upper management. I was promised a work truck on my offer letter, moved from Arizona to Ohio to accept it and then they refused to provide me with the truck. I asked numerous time (Steve D) and he would ignore me. Then after a year I finally had enough and left. I was then told by HR Mindy Bates that I refused the truck they wanted to provide me!! What sense does that make? A normal person would not refuse what they are trying to get????? They lie, they cheat, they steal, the discriminate! I worked at my last company for over 20 years and I could not make it long at ACE! Do not work there!

Speaking only from the perspective of the landlord, we had problems from day one. It got so bad we…read moreonly lasted 10 months, before pulling the plug. I purchased a "rental ready" supposed turn key rental property sight unseen(I understand the lack of due diligence was my fault). The house had structural issues, tiles were popping up all over the kitchen floor, holes in the drywall covered by duct tape and then painted, no door on the breaker box, cigarette butts on the laundry area floor, front door didn't close or lock properly, the condensate drain line was improperly installed and was not strapped under house, a toilet that sat on a crack concrete bathroom floor with a gap under it I could put my hand in, wall sockets that crumbled as try to remove them to change out. I could go on, and on, and on...... I've been in several houses they managed and maintained and the work was shameful. There's a name for people that rent out houses in that kind of condition. I thought they would at least put effort in to processing my rent payments in a timely manner. I thought wrong. It usually took 3-4 weeks after the tenant had paid before we received our portion of the funds, and that was usually after having to chase it up multiple times. You'd be hard pressed to find a tween with more excuses. The final month of business we learned that they were sitting on 2 months of rent from the tenant, and we still had not received ours. That was after being told 4 times that the money had been sent electronically. It's not like they had to double entry book keep in a ledger and mail a check! I never figured out if they just liked to sit on other peoples money, their couldn't handle simple administration, or the didn't have the money in the bank to send me mine and had to wait for other peoples rent to come in first If you are a landlord don't waste your time.
