All she ever got was poor outdated used equipment which he is taking back, and slow unreliable service. Not to mention the guy was a jerk on the phone. Terrible.

This morning Eric and Chance arrived a few minutes early. Got started and they rocked! Had scheduled a two hour appointment and they completed the entire move within that time. The workshop had lots of equipment, table saw, jointer, planer, very heavy welding table etc., lots of stuff. That move went well and they worked hard all day for two days. We moved into the new house this past week and it went well. One issue - after getting all of the boxes into the house and most of the furniture it started to rain hard. Mark suggested that rather than get the rest of our furniture wet, they could come early the next morning and finish. That was awesome, saved our furniture from getting soaked and we appreciated it. I was sick and the crazy wind made me hoarse so I was just yelling a bit so they could hear me. Hey "BOSS", next time figure out what the situation is before you come out yellin. I love my neighbor, absolutely, and was trying to help yall to help her and you came outside looking like a total jerk screaming at me. It's not my fault I'm hoarse and your dudes couldn't hear me over the 65mph gusts of wind. Stay away, very unprofessional. Not impressed with how they treat ppl. They obstruct everything then tell you to call the number on the truck if you have a problem. THEN go get big "boss" to come out and scream at you like a freaking idiot. You have a loooong way to go in maturity before you could ever run a truly successful business as your customer service skills leave MUCH to be desired. Might want to take a workshop in growing your customer service skills. I've worked in customer service my whole life and what you did was truly tragic. You didn't even know what was going on and you still came out yelling and acting condescending. No apology for misunderstanding the situation nothin. I'd rate a 0 if it would let me.
