A key was stuck in the ignition of my daughter's car. We called AAA who assigned Locksmith Management LLC to assist us. They were assigned to the job at 9:40PM (see image below) and AAA estimated their arrival time at 10:33pm. We were never updated on their progress in getting to our location and after calling AAA several more times between 10:15 and 10:30pm they finally had the dispatcher for Locksmith Management, "Mary" call us and advise us the technician would be there in 30 minutes. It was clear by 11:30pm that nobody was coming and AAA did not have another available locksmith at that hour of the evening. We finally left the car there and Ubered home at 11:30pm. It makes me question the standards of AAA when it comes to vetting its locksmith partners. It is clear to me the locksmith that will take a more lucrative order if one comes in after they accept a request from AAA where they must accept a contract price. If you have time to wait for them to show up then they may be good, I can't speak for their craftsmanship since they never showed up. Since there are plenty of locksmiths in the ATL, you may want to try someone else. read more

Please do not use this company. They were contracted through AAA to do a lockout. The locksmith came to my residence. He never notified me he was on the scene. He gained entry into my vehicle and I only found out because alarm went off. I rushed out the house startled to see locksmith in my vehicle. Alarm was blaring. I asked for my keys he said he did not know where there were. Mind you prior to calling keys were on a full keychain sitting in plain site on console. The locksmith wreaked of liquor and was smoking a cigarette while working and talking to me. Dude was literally blowing smoke in my face. I ended up cursing the guy out and demanded he hand over my keys. He kept acting like he did not know what was going on. He proceeded to try to help me look for keys. I got mad and told him Im about to call police. Mind you my alarm is still going off the entire time. Never located keys but I did find my keychain strewn on the hood of my vehicle. No keys attached. I have like eight keys and they were all missing. I was forced to pay over $300 for a new set of keys and programming that night. Alarm went off and on for over 2 hours until the other company arrived. Some expensive items were stolen as well. When I called Locksmith Management to make report they told me that a technician had never come to my place, never got into my vehicle. They had basically developed an alibi. Thankfully, I have photos and ring video. At the very least I will make sure these jokers loose AAA contract. read more

Locksmith management is very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I purchased a new key remote from them. From the beginning the key fob would not work most of the time. I called the technician Isaac back and he wanted to charge me to come back out or have me pay for a new batter for the fob when i had just paid over $100 for fob less than 2 days ago. I then called the company back since Isaac wasn't cooperating and the manager basically said the same thing. How is that i purchase a new product from a company that DOESNT WORK, and their suggestion is for me to pay to fix something that should be working. Please save yourself the time and do not use their services, because you will get a faulty product and shitty service!!!! read more
