They were assigned to the job at 9:40PM (see image below) and AAA estimated their arrival time at 10:33pm. We were never updated on their progress in getting to our location and after calling AAA several more times between 10:15 and 10:30pm they finally had the dispatcher for Locksmith Management, "Mary" call us and advise us the technician would be there in 30 minutes. It was clear by 11:30pm that nobody was coming and AAA did not have another available locksmith at that hour of the evening. We finally left the car there and Ubered home at 11:30pm. It makes me question the standards of AAA when it comes to vetting its locksmith partners. It is clear to me the locksmith that will take a more lucrative order if one comes in after they accept a request from AAA where they must accept a contract price. If you have time to wait for them to show up then they may be good, I can't speak for their craftsmanship since they never showed up. Since there are plenty of locksmiths in the ATL, you may want to try someone else.
