Then he does not even seem to comprehend that I am asking for a key replacement for my car. Furthermore he couldn't grasp the fact that I was asking where to bring my car to have the key made. A house? A building perhaps. aft about two minutes of him grappling with that question he got frustrated and hung up! hope he is not the only locksmith around. Keith is one of the best locksmiths in town. I highly recommend him. Just don't come with no bs. If you truly need help he will be there. I have used others and they are way more expensive and none of them show up on time. It is what it is. Some jobs are quick and some jobs take longer. Be patient with all people and your life will be easier. I have never had a bad experience with AA locksmiths. read more

If I could give zero starts I would. I called for someone to help unlock my car this morning. My neighbor was there and offered to help unlock my car for me. So he did in less than 5 minutes, I went to call the locksmith again and GOT CUSSED OUT!!!! First, it's very unprofessional to cuss at a customer... Second, a man shouldn't speak to a woman like that. NEVER AGAIN !!!!! CALL THE POLICE THEY UNLOCK FOR FREE TOO!!!! UPDATE: This person is full of crap. Here are the screenshots.. it was 9 in the morning on a Wednesday and it was in fact NOT POURING. I politely asked for my vehicle to be unlocked. Please do better before trying to lie on someone. Again, I was cussed out after I tried to cancel. There's the story and nothing but the truth. I have no reason to lie and I'm not getting paid to make these reviews. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! On December 22nd I couldn't find my keys and assumed I had locked my keys in my car. I'm 8 months pregnant, so my pregnancy brain is everywhere, anyways I contacted AA locksmiths, and he demanded for payment ($89) upfront. I Cashapp'd him the money, and he told me the ETA would be 20 minutes & would give me a call when he was close. Long story short, 20 minutes passed, I never received a call, and I ended up finding my keys. I told him that I would pay for the gas he MAY have used (since he never even made it to my location) and that I would like a partial refund. He said, "I dropped what I was doing and raced to help in the rain for $89. I don't haggle for partial refunds every time someone finds their keys and says sorry." I find it funny that he "dropped what he was doing and raced to help in the rain" when he never even made it to my location. He refuses to give me any type of refund, and I will be seeking legal action because the service was never completed, so at this point it is THEFT! DO NOT CALL THIS "COMPANY" FOR ANY SERVICES!!! KEITH IS CROOK AND A THIEF! My husband called him out to our home to cut him a new car key and program it to his jeep,as he had lost his. Paid $180. Long story short, this man Keith said it was good to go, he left and the key did not work!!! Wouldn't have been an issue but my husband called him to see if he could either come back and do what he was paid to do or get his money back, of course Keith said no to both and simply said there was nothing he could do. Called another locksmith and it turns out HE IS NOTORIOUS FOR RIPPING OFF HIS CUSTOMERS. PPL CALL THEM ALL THE TIME WITH VERY SIMILAR STORIES. He can go ahead and reply to this review with some b.s. but you can clearly see from past reviewers that THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND A CROOK! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, STRESS AND MONEY AND JUST CALL SOMEONE ELSE. The guy that showed up named keith was rude and didnt seem to know what he was doing. Somehow could not focus on his work while i was standing outside. Threatened me that if I didnt go inside and wait for him he would leave without refunding the money i paid. Customer service fail! read more
