I called on Sunday because I needed to get some (15) new locks rekeyed. The man on the phone said he would rekey each for a nominal fee if I could bring them to him. I left for a bit but returned as I was intrigued by people who were seemingly very kind. As I waited, I watched as the employees served others -- everything from purchasing a new fob to ordering new parts for existing locks. What was amazing to me was how they served with kindness, patience, and fairness. They even helped me transport my locks to my vehicle. Other locksmiths refer us to Safe & Lock. We have used them for years. The team is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. A new baubles is 1/2 the price of the dealership, more reliable than online orders. It takes less than 30 minutes to reset the electronic information system to the vehicle. So many times the battery needed replacing not a new electronic bauble. When we buy a used car, our first stop is Safe & Lock they fond seven keys we did not receive. They reset the electronics of all our vehicles, only the baubles we have will work. So many times the teenagers lost all the keys and the new electronic baubles. Safe & Lock has remastered every single bauble. This is the only place to get the tiniest key ring to put a charm on the keychain ( to mark them it at a repair shop.) We've had them out to the house once. Teenager lock the bauble inside the car. The only way that happened is the lock Icon was pushed then it slipped into the the older car.
