She was very knowledgable about the property and was able to answer all my questions and address my concern about the possibility of flooding. Flooding was my biggest concern when choosing any storage unit in Virginia Beach, especially in the Hilltop area. So far so good! She recommended products that would be the best solutions for the items I was planning to keep there- but not in a pushy sales way. They do have a pretty solid special of $1 for your first month. They require that you purchase some level of insurance, but the prices are reasonable and this is standard practice for storage facilities. Bonnie arranged pick-up and inspection and took multiple photos of the car prior to shipping. This is not half the story. I had problems finding a reputable shipper for two months and during that time, Bonnie kept in contact with me and safeguarded car keys and its valuables.
