He asked that I text him the moving addresses so he would have them in his phone. He worked with me on the time of the move and was considerate when I had to change the time. On the day of the move, he called to make sure there were no changes and to let me know that they would be at the moving sight on time. He and his 2 helpers arrived a little early and took inventory. They explained how they would proceed and went to work. They were very careful moving items and nothing was broken. They provided blankets and other items when needed. They were great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

If you rent from this place, do it with your eyes open: the "web rate" is an introductory rate that you have to pay 4 months in advance to get and after the 4 months, the rate will be jacked up to the "In store" rate. If you're willing to pay that much, go for it, but don't go in thinking that the "web rate" is what you'll be paying long term. It's not. By the way: they're still offering the "web rate" to new customers, you only have to pay the "in store" rate if you've been there for four months.
