On Jan 1st, they informed her that her rate was going up to $231/month. So we decided to buy a shed on our property to store her stuff. It was then Terri, who is the most vile and disrespectful person I've ever encountered, told my elderly mother to get everything, including trash, out by the end of the month or they were going to continue billing her whether she stayed with the unit or not. So when I went to clean the last of the trash out, I inquired with Terri if there was an available dumpster. She then states that I was trespassing on HER property because I "didn't enter a gate code, and followed one of [her] customers in." Aside from that, when we first got the unit, it was in such bad shape. Absolutely filthy, infested with bugs and vermin, some of the units have people living in them (how they can do that, I don't know why, but God bless 'em). This place is absolutely deplorable, and as for Terri, I don't know what happened to her in her life to make her such a toxic, miserable, and disrespectful person, but I believe she's on some heavy drugs for the way she acts and looks. I logged onto the app where it even tells you the code to make sure I had it right. It is 7:40 at night and access hours are till 10PM so there shouldn't be an issue with me getting in. It's been a while, so I can't quite remember. She was so sweet! Gave me cookies and soda and basically babied me since I was nervous about driving a huge Uhaul for four hours. When I found out it was a pain to drive, she helped me downgrade with ease. We had to go to another Uhaul location because they didn't have to size we needed, so she made a reservation and the exchange was just that easy. It's easy in and out with the code and we're able to get in and access our items fairly easily. The only issue is that the road to get to the storage lockers is one-way and small so only one car can fit so you sometimes run into an issue where someone is blocking the road and you can't get to your unit until they move and not everyone is friendly or willing to move/let you by or even speed up whatever they're doing.

I am active duty military and needed a unit immediately due to a short notice, long deployment. Ruth (staff member) was very helpful and honest. She was patient and expertly recommended different sizes based on my needs and wants. She also explained their military discount, policies and specials. She was a consumate professional. Here's the painful truth: their unit rent prices are competitive but their moving and packing materials are a bit expensive. Overall, I had a great initial experience and got just what I needed. The customer service here was better than it was at the Public Storage or the MiniStorage facilities near by. Need a storage unit and want the down and dirty on recommended sizes and pricing? Stop in and see AAAA. I don't know what the letters stand for but they are AAAA-Ok in my book so far.
