His attitude was consistantly smug and depreciating. It was like he really didn't want to have anything to do with you. I couldn't say anything without a curt, ' shut the heck up' type of response. The receipt I received for the tow indicated that there was a $100 balance due. I had paid cash for the tow. Nowhere on the receipt did it indicate the tow was paid for. I needed a receipt to indicate the tow was paid for so I could submit it to the insurance company. When I called Buckholts to mention the receipt did not indicate the tow was paid for, he simply dismissed me out of hand, saying "I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you' in a manner that indicated he couldn't care less. Then he hung up. Unless you enjoy being made to feel like you are less than worthless, I would not recommend this towing company.

We've been with USAA for 19 years and we have been stranded on the highway more times than I can count through the years, but We've never experienced a company who sends out drivers who blatantly lie to their potential customers. This driver actually told us that he was going back to his shop to pick up a tire for us and that it would take 30 minutes for him to get back to where we were stranded in the middle of the night....well HE NEVER SHOWED BACK UP, HE DIDN'T CALL, HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!! We had been stranded in between Okc and Chickasha for several hours! I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog pound, much less anyone else! 5 thumbs down for sure!!!!!

They seem like genuinely nice people however, the owner stated to me that they are not perfect which is understandable. Perfection is not a requirement for thoroughness or an expert working knowledge of the trade being practiced. My advice: if you are looking for a maintenance garage I would pass on this one unless you would like to afford them the opportunity to get extra practice working on vehicles and prepaired for them to find additional issues unrelated to why you have the vehicle there initially. Again, seem like genuinely good Americans however their attention to detail and keeping customers informed of work they are doing without the vehicle owner's approval and/or authorization is lacking. As the old saying goes...You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.
