This company was dispatched through my insurance, and instead of helping us during an emergency, they attempted to extort an additional $300 on top of what my insurance had already approved. It was the middle of the night, I had my three children with me, and I made it clear how vulnerable we were. They had us waiting over two hours in the middle of nowhere, then said it would be another hour and a half before the driver could bring the "tools" from his house to fix our truck--for that extra $300. Rather than showing compassion, the driver was pushy and persistent, repeatedly pressuring me to agree to the additional charge. It felt like he was using my situation against me, assuming I'd say yes because I was stranded in the middle of the night with my children. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and refused. Fortunately, some incredible state troopers stepped in, treated us with kindness and respect, and helped us find another tow truck. I also gave them this company's information so they would be aware of what had occurred. No family should ever be treated this way during a roadside emergency. I've reported this incident to my insurance company and will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this is how they treat families in crisis, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere..

I had my vehicle worked on several months ago. After about a month, $2600, and two return trips to…read morefix issues caused during the original repairs; I still have the significant problem with the vehicle of which I had them try to fix in the first place. They seem like genuinely nice people however, the owner stated to me that they are not perfect which is understandable. Perfection is not a requirement for thoroughness or an expert working knowledge of the trade being practiced. My advice: if you are looking for a maintenance garage I would pass on this one unless you would like to afford them the opportunity to get extra practice working on vehicles and prepaired for them to find additional issues unrelated to why you have the vehicle there initially. Again, seem like genuinely good Americans however their attention to detail and keeping customers informed of work they are doing without the vehicle owner's approval and/or authorization is lacking. As the old saying goes...You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.
