I was told the other wheel needed the same fix. No problem for me, I am driving to the Smokies for Christmas & it would or could be dangerous to drive without the simple fix on the right front wheel, it's an older car. When I called to make my appointment I was shocked at the rude behavior I received & frankly it hurt my feelings that I had already spent money with them before & it was suggested I get the right wheel fixed as well. Should have been no problem. But now I refuse to be treated with such rudeness for their services & I will find another mechanic who does not behave with such animosity toward a customer who was content with their services until the true colors shown this morning.

We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. Also found that is was using oil.. Took it to them and they said drive it a little more and see if it starts performing better.. Well 700 miles and six months later it is still not running well and sometimes not at all and they told us there are a lot of things that could happen to a vehicle within 6 months.. Was moving some items out of the unit and there was water damage to my furniture. I informed the staff immediately. No one contacted me regarding resolution of the issue. I finally called after three weeks to find out that the roof of the unit still hadn't been repaired. End result is that you have to pay for a leaking unit until they get around to fixing it. Only offered a different unit after I called. Might consider renting from storage companies that have newer facilities instead of this one which is getting older.

We were told prior to placement that there would be a warranty of 12,000 miles/12 months by Carl. Who is lets just say very unprofessional, to say the least. At the end of the day around their close time he told us with sustain that he was DONE messing with our car, even though it was not finished. As a result the business owner/partner came out and reminded him that we were payed customers and to show some professionalism. On our day back home, two tires lost tread leaving wires exposed and the probabilities of a flat. Two days later a bubble surfaced on a third tire in the front passenger side, and sure enough driving down the freeway it blew!
