We had to pull over to check on the vehicle and for the drive to make a call to the owner who informed him to keep on driving and he could not come pick us up. Thankfully we made it back (the car was jerking and could not exceed a certain speed). After the ride we were still charged the additional hour and a half (although we were traveling well under the speed limit due to the car's issues. When called they offered to credit us $30. Please make sure you read the fine print carefully and ask how old the vehicles are (ours was old). For the price, it should be better service. I would not suggest using them, I would choose an alternate company in the area.

Ted the driver showed up to pick us up at the airport, but when it came to bring us back. We were told to wait in the lobby at 3 o'clock in the morning to be picked up it was three in the morning we were waiting in the lobby to be picked up. He never showed up. He kept saying in 15 minutes and 15 minutes then it got so late he said you better find your own way. We ended up missing our flight and spending overnight in DC missed a day of work and I didn't get home till Sunday night, he said he would reimburse us, but we have not heard anything of that and he is not answering our calls Ted the driver worst experience at least apologize for your screwup I would not recommend this company.
