Driver acted annoyed at the family who was being picked up by a different driving service. The family was there before his client and their vehicle had arrived before him, but he still swerved at both the car and the family including their children, threatening to hit them with his vehicle. Additionally he drove onto the curb while picking up his client. As he drove off, he had his phone in his hand and was looking down as he again got near the vehicle with the family in it and nearly side-swiped the other vehicle. Based on this driver's conduct I would never, EVER risk using this company's services or be associated with them in ANY manner given how reckless their driver was.

Please make sure you read the fine print carefully and ask how old the vehicles are (ours was old). For the price, it should be better service. This option was listed on the website so I thought, perfect! The other websites did not list their destinations or pick ups so it's a loss to them. Anyways, first I asked for just a round trip, which came out to about $1046 for 3 people. Then my son and husband decided to come, so we would have to be in a corporate van for $1292 round trip. Then I had the grand idea of doing a mini tour because we would be landing early in the morning and we couldn't check into our hotel until the afternoon. They quoted me $80/hr plus I had to pay for the driver to sleep at a nearby hotel so that he wouldn't go over the limit on how many hours a chauffeur could drive law. The booking process was a little lengthy because they need to know the exact places you want to go because they need to map out the times. The chauffeur then texted me the day before so that I would have his number and that he wouldn't be able to meet us at the gate because the construction at the airport made the parking far away. I wanted to be met at the baggage claim, but I thought ok this guy knows better because he's from the area. When we landed I texted him and he was at the curb in minutes! I have to say our driver Bob Brown was the nicest, most courteous, chauffeur! He went above and beyond. He told us that if we wanted to go anywhere along the way to just let him know, from the way the booking went I thought we had to stick to the destinations only, but Bob made everything so easy. We got to see the jersey shore, where they filmed the show. People laughed because they were confused as to why we would come all the way from Hawaii to see this but hey we're tourist! Then we went to Philadelphia to see the Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and the Rocky steps lol! We loved seeing these historic sights and spent more time than we were supposed to but Bob was still the most courteous person. We were tired after this so we asked to just go to the hotel instead of going to Hershey World as planned. When we arrived at the hotel Bob informed us that he would also be doing our return trip tomorrow the airport and that really put me at ease because I knew we would be in good hands. We had to be picked up at 3 am to get to our flight at JFK and Bob was early. He even helped me out because Enterprise rental car was not open on Sunday and they didn't tell me so I didn't have a ride back to the hotel as they had assured me when I picked up the car! So the next morning Bob followed me to Enterprise to drop the car off and we went on our way. He even told us he would wake us up for a bathroom break before we hit the morning traffic, but when we woke up we were already at the airport! I was so happy because I got to sleep before my 11 hour flight home with my 1 year old baby. Thank goodness for Bob! You need to ask for Bob Brown when booking this reliable company! My family and I will never forget Bob!
