If I could give Ryan with 24 hr Sprinklers more stars I would. I have had a difficult time finding good people to do maintenance work on my yard. I had met with someone that I knew and trusted to adjust my sprinklers for winter. When testing the sprinklers there was a section that was not coming on. His solution was to dig up the area around the underground water line and drill through the cement bed to get water to the area. I wanted a second opinion and called 24hr. Ryan texted me within an hour of my message to see if it was an emergency which it wasn't. He called after leaving the job he was on to hear about the problem I was having then said he would check his schedule and get back to me. Which he did. Very professional and on top of it. We made an appointment and in about 10 minutes or less he figured that the problem was the valve. Since I had just had the valves installed I said I was going to contact the company that had installed them to fix the problem. The sprinkler guru. We purchased a house that had working sprinklers, but the valves leaked badly when the sprinklers were on. I assumed we had to replace them, and called Ryan to get an estimate. He gave me the option to text him pictures of the valves to get a estimate instead of arranging a visit. This was convenient for me, and saved me from taking time away from work. He looked at the pics and explained I shouldn't need to replace the valves, probably just some gaskets within the valve. He came by, and made the repairs. He found the original installer had put the gaskets in the wrong locations, which was causing a lot of the leaking. He was really thorough, and tuned up the whole operation, including re taping the wires from the timer. He advised one more expensive part would need to be replaced at some point, but it could wait for now. He also gave me advice on some diy stuff I was doing to cap sprinkler heads in an area where we don't want grass. Overall, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended. read more
