I do NOT recommend this company I hired Miltee's Sprinkler…read moreto fix a sprinkler pipe leak, and unfortunately the job was not completed to a satisfactory standard. I made several attempts to reach out afterward by phone, text and email, but did not receive a response. As a result, I will need to hire someone else to correct the work. I am left with a pipe that runs across a doorway and sticks up higher than the threshold. It is unsafe. It's a trip hazard, and a high likelihood of a broken pipe if it gets stepped on. Running the pipe above ground doesn't even make sense. They bypassed the existing below ground system and ran the pipes along the side of my house going across the doorway. In addition, I was quoted a price by Noe, and the next day he texted and told me Steve said it will be $400 more. I should have just said no at that point. I'm very disappointed because I used them a few years ago without issue. But leaving me with such substandard work and then completely ghosting me when I tried to reach out is totally unprofessional.

He came out walked the property with me. He immediate got what I was trying to do. "Refresh everything with low water consumption plants and a more modern style." The original landscaping was from the 1970's. The overgrown junipers and ficus plants reflected that. The galvanized sprinklers with the leaky, non functional valves, all needed to be replaced. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get back to me. True to his word, he sent me the quote on time. I reviewed it with my wife, but she wanted to understand his plan for the property, so we arranged for him to meet us once again. He explained his vision for the property. He then took us to a Landscape nursery so that we could see the plants he had in mind. My wife like his choices, she picked a couple of flower colors and I picked the type of trees. Pete scheduled the entire thing, all four sides of the property, to be done in one weekend. He came out with his crew and demo'd everything, installed new drainage, new sprinklers (including drip irrigation) and laid new sod, planted the plants and trees and laid out the gravel and crushed granite walkways. It came out spectacular. The house really looks brand new with the new grass and plants. His crew and he fixed a number of problems and really changed the look of the house. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied!

The start date and time was set for a Saturday at 8am and was scheduled for two days. The crew arrived on time. The crew had their specialties like irrigation, grading, cultivating soil, and moving and hauling old/new mateials. But they all worked efficiently as a team. They made every aspect balance and fit our dimensions, including a dog area with decomposed granite. Pete and his crew are detail oriented. We'll return in the future with other yard projects.

Contacting Evergreen Sprinklers when I experienced leaking sprinkle valves was the best decision eve! Aaron responded quickly and he sent Colton to determine the problem. Both were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. y, I needed to replace the valves. This was after I attempted to do it myself (twice, in fact). Aaron provided an almost immediate replacement cost and schemed a day and time for the work. There was a delay due to shortage of parts and Aaron kept me posted. The work was completed within days of initial contact and it took less time to replace three valves than the frustrating hours I spent trying to it it myself (yes, it cost more but was worth it). We hired 805 Drip to install a particular kind of sprinkler which he said that he had experience in doing. He unfortunately left us with sprinklers that don't work and we paid our bill in full. He didn't install a drip line to the veggie garden and mail box garden like we asked and instead installed a sprinkler line to an area where we had mentioned we wanted a sprinkler line in about 5 years. So he mis-understood where we wanted items and instead of clarifying it he chose to fully install it. I cannot recommend him due to now having no working sprinklers and having no line to the areas we asked for lines to be installed. We had to personally re-dig up the yard and found that 1 line where the electrical was not hooked up right. We also had to re-dig up about 70 ft to install the drip line to the garden bed that he forgot. He did apologize for not being able to get our sprinklers to work, so there is a care factor from him... but either way I feel like I have flushed $4k down the toilet and it leaves me sad and frustrated. I have honestly kind of lost faith in contractors now. It's possible other people have good experiences with him on easier projects as he is nice in general and communicates well when he decided not to show up or was late. Oh yeah, they rolled up our grass for too long and now (three months later) we still have dead patches of grass and dirt all throughout our lawns. :( The grass was also left very uneven with tripping hazards throughout our lawns and now I can't run on it with out dogs as I am afraid to trip or hurt myself in a soil "pocket".
