We paid a significant amount of money for the the party bus, venue, a content coordinator, and three photographers. Every part of the ceremony and photography schedule had been carefully planned, and the transportation failure caused us to lose valuable time that we had paid for and could not recover. Even more concerning, the bus left approximately two hours earlier than scheduled, abandoning the bride, groom, our four young children, and numerous wedding guests at the ceremony venue with no transportation to the reception. Because of your company's failure to fulfill its contractual obligations, we were forced to scramble to find last-minute transportation, including locating vehicles that could accommodate two children, in two car seats. This caused us to miss a significant portion of our own wedding reception--time that can never be replaced. In addition to the financial costs of securing alternate transportation, your company's actions caused unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and substantial disruption throughout our wedding day

When the pandemic hit, I postponed my booking to 2021 over the phone but never got an updated contract. Now in 2021, I need to postpone again. They haven't returned my emails in over a week, and all the phone numbers on the website are disconnected. They do have multiple yelp pages (looks like one per office location) and there are similar recent reviews. Right now going through my credit card company to get my deposit back. Very shady of them not to notify current customers who have existing bookings with them. Our driver Luis was prompt, professional, friendly... couldn't have been better. He picked our group of 6 up at 10:30am sharp, and transported us to Yountville in under an hour. When ever we needed him to take us to our next stop, we simply sent him a text, and he magically appeared within minutes. The SUV was spacious and comfortable. He had a cooler full of bottled water in the trunk to ensure we stayed hydrated. He also let us connect our iPhones to the stereo so we could listen to our own playlists. Everything was flawless.
