After taking a ferry to a Marin restaurant to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, we needed a ride back into SF, so I hired SuperCity Limo. Since we had family visiting, I wanted to stop at some scenic spots and for a nightcap along the way back to their respective hotels. This company was great, with allowing us to "go with the flow" on the stops we made (compared to some other limo companies that I contacted but didn't hire because they required a set driving itinerary beforehand). Luis did a fantastic job of carting us around. Picked us up at our front door even though our front door was way up a mountain road. The driveway was a challenge all by its self......back in this way then turn that way..... geez! Anyway, it didn't seem to faze him. ..... He picked us up in a new Lincoln Navigator (really nice). Masks are required in the car, He even picked us up lunch one day at Oakville grocery while we were wine tasting and brought it back to us so we could enjoy the outdoor scenery at Joseph Phelps winery. Cannot recommend this company enough! Luis was very helpful in setting up the party bus service for our bachelorette party. Luis also provided winery suggestions for reservations for our larger group. He made sure we could use the TVs via WiFi for karaoke in the bus (bring your own music, mic). The bus was clean and stocked with ice, waters and champagne flutes. Our driver, Eddie, was an absolute gem! He was very aware of and transparent about timing during our trip, and he was thoughtful about which roads may be best to avoid car sickness. Luis (the owner) was very prompt to respond to our initial request & gave a very reasonable quote for our group of 8 that was below some other competitors we looked at and also includes tolls, taxes, tip. The day of our trip, our driver Omar showed up 10min early for our pick-up and was on time for our entire itinerary. The limo itself was stocked with ice, water, cups and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Also we found it super easy to use Bluetooth to play our own music. Bachelorette party to Napa! My party rented the 13 passenger limo for our bachelorette party from Daly City to Napa. we stopped at 3 different wineries and made a few pit stops on the way to pick up alcohol and ice cream. Luis was our driver and he was awesome! From the beginning, when we booked, the experience was great. His company was very quick to respond to our inquiries and answered all of our question. He arrived at our air bnb at the scheduled time and was very flexible with our request to stop at Costco on the way. He was also our photographer and videographer! Luis was very personal and made sure to do what he could to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. Our last tour at the winery went over by 15 min so we were over by 15 min on our return trip, but Luis made an exception and didn't charge any extra. His professionalism and time he took to provide us what needed made it a very positive experience and we didn't have to worry about anything. I requested a quote for my daughter's wedding at San Francisco city hall from several limousine companies. The limo itself was beautiful and well maintained. Also, it was fully stocked with champagne, sodas, and waters. We took the limo for 6 hours (8 person well maintained for $504 including all tips and fees).
