Every knot in my neck, shoulders, and back would release. My therapist even climbed the table and stretched me like a pretzel. No more discomfort. My 90 minute massage put me right to sleep. I had some problems with my back and she made sure to pay attention to that as part of a whole body massage that really gave me exactly what I needed. She has a very subtle touch that finds the right pressure and movement for each body part and she checked in frequently enough that I was part of her process.
