The prices are amazing and the service is consistently excellent. I've been a regular for eight years, and not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Every masseuse I've seen has been incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive. Massages are inherently vulnerable, and as a young woman, I'm always on alert. I've never once felt uneasy here. Yes, there's a bit of a language barrier, but it's easy to communicate what you want, where to focus, how much pressure you like, or if something doesn't feel right. I've never had any issues speaking English with the staff. Every masseuse checks in with me multiple times to make sure I'm comfortable and that the pressure feels good. Remember, they can feel tension, not pain, so if something hurts, just let them know to go softer. I usually get option B or C for a private room, but don't overlook their chair massages. They're perfect for a quick reset on a lunch break. Bonus points because I've always been able to get a same-day appointment and have never had to wait. I've been coming to foot heaven since 2018, always had consistent great experiences with experienced masseuse. I always tip at least 20% or more spending close to $90 to $100 and it's worth the money for me to feel refreshed. Sadly, this is the last time I'll come to this massage business. I made an appointment at 4:30pm, seemed to me the business forgot about my appointment. I was taken in but the overall massage quality was ok but not great. I have muscle tension in my shoulders and back, yes they were addressed but the intensity wasn't present and I was burned by a hot stone. I know accidents happen but if my appointment was missed, please turn me away so I can come back another time and have a better experience and not get burned by a hot stone. Bless the female masseuse, I know she tried, I know it's an accident but you should know better if a stone is hot or not considering it's your profession. Went in as soon as they opened. The establishment is clean and very spacious, lots of massage beds and private rooms. You do need to be comfortable with possibly sharing an area with other customers but luckily for us, nobody else was there. We chose option B which was 1 hour(30 mins foot reflexology and 30 mins neck/back massage). I had a very pleasant experience. All of the pressure points were hit and I personally am okay with a more aggressive massage. For my partner it was a bit too rough at times leading to ask the masseuse to take it down a notch. Overall we would definitely come back and just make sure to be a bit more vocal of our needs. read more

I booked a session here last minute over the phone, and I'm so glad I did! I was overdue for a good massage. I didn't know this before, but this place has an open room concept with multiple beds in one room. This didn't bother me at all, but I did keep my clothes on. Some people had their clothes off, others on. It's just preference and comfort level. No big deal. Even though other people were enjoying massages in the room too, it was still very quiet and relaxing. Really didn't affect the ambiance for me at all. They do situate you away from other people, so it's not like you're right next to someone else either! They looked like they had private rooms available though, so you could probably ask for it if the open concept doesn't work for you. I loved that they can do a variety of different pressures on you. Impressive massages! Called ahead on a Sunday at 12:30 pm and it was very quiet - my husband and I got to be in a room with 4 chairs but only us in there. They started out soaking our feet - amazing!!! And we started on our backs. The masseuse clearly knew what she was doing and was very intuitive with how much pressure to use and to adjust in different areas. I am 4 months pregnant and was able to get an awesome back massage laying on both sides instead of my belly. The foot massage was the best I've ever had - same for my husband! For my favorite massage, Don't laugh..... Foot Heaven It's by Flix, it's a reflexology place but it's only $35 for 60 min and they are amazing!!! Ask for Mike or Tony they give the most amazing deep tissue massages. It's in a group room so you don't take off all your clothes but I go every 2-3 weeks because they are amazing and the price is incredible. I always tip $10-$15 because they are that good! All the reflexology places always look so sketchy to me but I promise it's legit. This one is my favorite, they wear uniforms and it's very clean. If you are looking for something sketchy check out the reflexology place in the same plaza around the corner. (Haha, but seriously I saw it on a trucker website.) read more

Came on a Groupon, which you don't need, same price either way. I had Lee and he did an excellent job. Kim at the front desk asked me the amount of pressure I preferred and Lee did a great job! If you a little Leary of massages because you have to disrobe this is the place for you! You share the room with others but it is very relaxing and the music is soothing! This place is priced so well, and the masseuses are terrific. If you want privacy, get the 90min massage, also priced well of course. The standard foot massages are great of course and if you only have 30 or 45 minutes to spare, excellent place to stop in and get a massage. Not a lot of privacy of course in the open rooms, but that is why it's priced so well. I have both male and female and everyone seems to be pretty skilled at this. Now they are not heavy handed deep tissue massage type of service, but maybe you can request it. Sometimes there is some chatter between the team there, which I wish they would whisper more than not, but again - it's priced so well what can you complain about really! I used to frequent this place, but my experience on Friday will be my last. I took my husband for a little relaxation on our date night, and we both ended up feeling battered, thoroughly tense and wounded from the experience. I even have minor bruising on my back. I'm not sure what qualifications (if any) the practitioners here have ... It often feels as if they are making it up as they go. My concern is that the amount of pressure they use on the wrong areas on your back might cause injury. That's a big problem. The language barrier makes that problem worse. At one point, the guy asked, "Oil-no oil?" I said oil was OK. This apparently meant I was required to remove my shirt, and then he unsnapped my bra. We were in a big room with several other people, and he didn't assist me in retrieving my shirt after the massage. The experience was uncomfortable, awkward, and much different from the ones I had been used to before. I have learned my lesson about cheap massages. read more

I've always only ever gotten a 90 minute massage and that automatically gives you a private room. But I've read shorter massages are in a shared space. I totally recommend. I was given a male "massage therapist." I kept insisting that I wanted to keep my clothing ON during the massage, as I was uncomfortable disrobing in front of a male. He kept insisting "off, off", which made my uncomfortable. When I turned over onto my stomach, he YANKED my pants down, hard enough to get them halfway down my legs. I began yelling and the receptionist ran in. I immediately left and called police. I filed aassault report, but I don't think anything was done about it. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm so in LOVE with Foot Heaven! I got a same day appointment for a 90 minute foot reflexology, full body massage, and hot stone therapy session. It is option C on their services menu. I've been to Foot Heaven more than a dozen times or so and have always requested a 60 min full body massage, so this was a new service for me. I was paired YoYo(sp) and got one of the best massages of my life!!! ...and I've been getting monthly massages for over a decade! I stripped down to my undies, started on my back with my feet bent and in a bucket of warm water, and a large towel for covering. The towel is one of the differences that I've had to get used to vs a sheet that is normally used in Western tradition. YoYo started on my head, neck and shoulders using a range of pressure, stretching of my muscles, and setting the tone for what was to come. Then she went to town! I requested deep pressure as I have been suffering from tension headaches, I have to drive for long periods of time, and have been getting back to my running and strength training. Yo-Yo hit every knot and was determined to release it with a variety of different methods and a full focus on my hamstrings from top to bottom!!! Speaking of...be aware that these private room massages are not for the modest!! They are professionals and know your glutes are critical to your recovery. Pretty sure they prefer you totally nude due to the use of oil. I walked in tense, sore, and grumpy...and walked out on a cloud. I'm able to turn my neck in any direction and stretch it out...my lower back tension and spasms are gone, and my shoulders are like wet spaghetti. I even missed the turn to my house I was so out of it. Came home and soaked in the tub with a glass of wine and water just to top it off!! Highly recommend! Many of the therapists speak very little English, if this matters to you...get over it. The receptionist can translate for you if you have any special requests. Kind of an awkward experience, but overall okay. It seems the only English-speaking employee is the receptionist, which is fine, except she wasn't there when I arrived at opening. The man who greeted me could not understand that I had already paid with a Living Social voucher, and just kept pointing to the prices. After several minutes of confusion, he finally called the receptionist and put me on the phone with her. After she explained the situation to him, he then took me back for my massage. I was hoping that after the awkwardness of our introduction someone else might be performing my massage, but unfortunately that was not the case. From what I gather from others' reviews, you normally tell the receptionist beforehand what kind of pressure you prefer. Of course I did not get this opportunity since she was not there. Luckily the pressure was okay overall, and he did keep asking if I was comfortable. One major gripe was that when I first scheduled my appointment the receptionist had told me extra time could be spent on my legs and feet since I'm pregnant and can't lay on my stomach, which was exactly what I wanted anyway. I knew there was no way I'd be able to communicate that to my masseuse, so instead I got a back massage while sitting. It was okay, but not what I had wanted or planned on. This was an okay experience for the price, but I did not find the experience as relaxing as a typical massage (partly because of the initial encounter with my masseuse, and partly because of the community room), nor did I feel as much tension leave my muscles. Beware- There is a very strong possibility that these "therapists" are NOT licensed. After having a horribly painful & violating massage here, I was left wondering whether the therapists are actually licensed massage therapists. The therapists speak little to no english so it's difficult to communicate your preferences, and the massage I received was not working on muscles, they were pushing down on bones, such as my spine. No health history is taken prior to the service either, and no consent forms have to be signed. There seems to be a general lack of knowledge and training. I went with a group of friends and they all agreed with me that their massage was painful and uncomfortable. I did some research on requirements to perform massage in the state of Texas and here is what i found- you must be a licensed massage therapist to provide every type of massage EXCEPT reflexology(hand and foot massage). This place advertises their massages as reflexology, and then does a full body massage when in the room. I believe they do this because they are most likely not licensed. I know people have had great experiences here, but please be aware of the apparent lack of training & knowledge of massage therapy. read more
