If I could give this business a negative star I totally would. I had an appointment at 1 o'clock. I showed up at 12:30 and noticed the doors were locked. No worries assume they were on lunch. Ironically, I saw another review on Google reviews stating a woman had an appointment this morning. Also same scenario doors locked. No one answering the phone. I tried calling the number multiple times go straight to voicemail. I was gifted this gift card for a massage for Christmas. Finally made time for myself as someone who is also in the beauty industry to finally relax. I'm extremely disappointed that there's no communication with the owners or service providers. I understand sometimes things happen. You have to cancel appointments. However, communication is key. I received a confirmation email and text message this morning. No communication on needing to reschedule my appointment. Avoid at all cost. read more

I visited happy feet for the first time today. I, evidently, slept wrong and woke up with a horrible neck pain that radiated down my shoulder blade. They were able to get me in at pretty much last minute for a 30 minute massage. I loved that she was so attentive to where I needed work on. They speak relatively well. English and are so nice. We stopped in for 2 foot massages after setting up our appointment over the phone. When we pulled up, we were at first confused and unsure if we were at the right spot because the sign said "Healing Touch". We checked the address, and it is in fact, the right place. I believe we were the only two people there, so we were immediately greeted and led back for our service. We were set up in a room with two beds, so it was nice that we were able to stay together. The beds were covered in towels and we were given an extra one if we needed it for comfort/warmth over our torsos. The bins for water had sanitary plastic liners, which I appreciated. One of the main issues is that the beds do not have lumbar support. It's particularly uncomfortable when your legs are hanging off the bed in the water. We started off that way, and they spent maybe 5 minutes massaging our arms and heads. Both of us could only think about how much our backs were aching. They then removed the bins, toweled off our legs, and had us lay out flat. This positioning was better but still painful for the lower back. The rest of the massage focused only on our feet with a little bit of shins and calves. It was an okay massage - could be worse, could be better. The price is right, though, at only $35 for an hour long foot massage. My other major complaint is that they covered our eyes with towels, but I could see that after they did that, they immediately removed their masks. They then put their masks back on right before the end of the service. I found this to be pretty deceitful, and we were glad that we're both fully vaccinated. At the end, they gave us plenty of time and privacy to get our stuff together before leaving. They also gave us two cold water bottles for the road, which was nice. read more

On the outside, I wasn't entirely sure that this was a legit massage place, and I really wasn't interested in getting caught up in another vice bust. I took a chance, though, and am so glad I did. This is a bare-bones massage place. No aromatherapy, no body wraps or pedicures. There's only a curtain across the door to your room, and the walls are thin. Fortunately, the soundtrack that consists of one KennyG song is played at sufficient volume that you aren't bothered by any other customers. What you do get, though, is the most amazing massage. The lovely young man (name unknown) who worked on me left me in the most comfortable puddle of relaxed muscles you can imagine. The prices were very reasonable. If I lived locally, I'd be here every week if I could afford it. Take a chance! Live a little! Go get a wonderful massage! read more

Multiple issues. Communication barrier is the first issue. Poor english makes for tough communication, positive or negative. After being told a female therapist would be available a little later in the day, I came back at the time offered. Once I arrived, they told me a male would be performing first 30 min (feet) and then a female (back). This wasn't what was told to me originally, so I should have left then. Unfortunately, I stayed. Ironically, the guy who performed foot massage was actually the best part of this experience. After he finished, it took 5 minutes for the lady to come into room bc she was working the front desk. When she finally did come in, she didn't stay long before someone came in front door or called her phone (which rang - NOT on silent) and she slipped out for 2-3 minute breaks. "Sorry sir" is what I kept hearing during the last 25 minutes of massage. After almost getting my things and leaving after the last interruption, she walks in to finish my time, or so I thought.... She brings a warm towel in to wipe off oil from my back and says "ok, time is up, thank you". The massage I selected was a combo 30 min feet/30 min body for $50. Not only did I get maybe 45-50 minute total of interruption-filled massage, I didn't get what I asked for in terms of feet and BODY. I got feet and back, which was an option also for $40. Assuming the communication issue when I first checked in, I chalked it up to a poor experience and left $40 laying on the shelf in room (although I felt it was worth maybe half that). We'll call the second $20 the tip. After telling the "therapist/receptionist/secretary" that I left payment in room, I walked out to my vehicle. Would you believe within 60 seconds she comes running out to parking lot confused and upset about me not paying $50. I told her the massage I got was not feet/body but instead feet/back. I continued on explaining I also had multiple interruptions that not only led to a poor massage, but didn't allow for an hour of massage. At this point as she was standing and arguing (I guess) and waving the (2) $20's, I briefly thought about snatching one of them back. At this point I was certain I should have left an hour before and never went on with the session. But I didn't take one of course; I just explained to her yet again that I didn't get $50 worth of services and that's why I didn't leave $50. She finally just stops and turns around and runs back inside. Obviously angry, she left. I left. And I won't be back. Don't go here for a normal massage experience. This is a disappointing place in terms of facilities, communication, professionalism, and even the massage. I would steer clear if I was you. read more

I have been a regular at this business for almost a year. Jason was amazing and I was always very happy with my experience. I am very displeased with the changes in new management. No one currently working there has the language skills to explain to me what happened. I accepted a massage from Selena and was displeased- I requested that she work on my arms where my main injury is and she didn't understand or ignored what I was saying. She waited until the end of the massage to address my arms and then realized the many knots I had. She rushed to work out the knots leaving multiple bruises on my forearms. There was a weird dynamic between the two women running the clerical part of the shop and Selena actually doing the massage. Not wanting to repeat this experience I called to schedule with Jason specifically over the phone and was told that he would be there for my appointment then when I arrived I was told that he went back to his home country and that Selena was the only one available to work on me. I am done with this business and am taking my money elsewhere- I hope Jason comes back. read more

I was very disappointed with the service I received. It was not reflexology. The man rubbed the bottom of my feet with his knuckles for 95% of the one-hour session. They would only accept cash as payment. I was due $15 change and he asked me if I needed change back so I guess he thought he deserved a $15 tip. When I did give him a tip, he did not say thank you. We not only had awesome, relaxing foot massages, they also incorporate some scalp/head massaging and leg massaging. With the hour foot massage, you get leg, scalp/head, back, and arm massage too.
