Unlike some shops around Heavenly Village that can feel crowded, this store has plenty of inventory without making you feel cramped. The prices are a bit higher than chain stores, but the quality and uniqueness make it worthwhile. They have a huge clearance section in the back. If you are looking for scrappy sundresses that are ankle length then you've come to the right place. The place is on the pricey side. It does have unique wares so you have to appreciate that. If you are coming just for this store I don't know where you'd park as there is no street parking or lots that I know of. Maybe park in one of the casinos and walk over. I see parking as an issue in this part of town. For me it's become a walking area for me. We stay at one of the local lodging places when we come to South Lake Tahoe and we park once and walk everywhere. Thus we have no issues shopping at the Heavenly village.

I called Showcase, in which Rachel happily helped me by searching inventory to double check that it would be compatible instead of just telling me to bring my board in (as some other stores did). She offered to put it on hold for me until I came in :) Once I came in, she offered to help replace it for me and gave me some tips about the strap placement as well in accordance to my boot position. I really appreciated that she proactively checked that it would work with my boots as well by asking what size I was. The price was also reasonable with no labor included so I was stoked I wouldn't need to buy new bindings. Super super helpful and kind - thank you!
