This was my first time using Sun Life Cleaning for a deep clean, and overall I had a really positive experience. When the team first finished, the house looked great at a glance, but during my walkthrough after they left, I did notice a few areas that were missed (a few spots on baseboards, some doors/trim, a couple fans, etc.). I reached out to the owner before leaving a review, and she responded immediately, took full accountability, and had someone back out the very next morning to make everything right. Juanita returned and was incredibly kind and thorough--she addressed all of the areas I pointed out and did a great job. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Things happen, especially on longer jobs, but what really stood out to me was the level of customer service and the willingness to fix it without any pushback. SO AMAZING!!! In this day and age when there are so many options to choose from, I am always surprised at how hard it is to find good service. That is why I am so excited to have found Sun Life Maids! I had found out last minute that we would be hosting Thanksgiving this year and was in desperate need of house cleaning. Samantha responded within 10min to my request for help. She was willing and able to fit me in, they showed up right on time, tailored to me needs, got right to work, did a absolutely fantastic job, very thorough and stayed till they were completely done!! This company is the best cleaning company I have ever had. The ladies Serenity and Jordan who are the ones who do my house are not only wonderful cleaners but kind and caring. My beauty 13 year old yellow Lab Stella passed away a few weeks ago, and the day she passed away they took her from the house early that morning and the ladies came to clean and found out . They did their job great as usual and left, not 20 minutes later there was a knock at my door and when I opened it those 2 beautiful ladies had a card, hugs and these beauty multi colored sunflower flowers. The team always does an excellent job working through my entire priority list, and cleaning to a very high standard.
