They rotated my tires anyway and didn't charge me anything. Who does that?? I also appreciate that they don't make me feel like a total tool even though I basically know nothing about cars. I used to take the EL to a non-Acura mechanic because it was cheaper, but when I got my RSX I decided to go back to Acura for servicing. I wanted to make sure my car was being properly cared for with the right parts because I've grown very attached to it! I have been happy with Acura servicing my car. The guys here really know their stuff, and don't try to oversell. They are honest and helpful. I appreciate the free shuttle/rides/taxis they offer and their little coffee lounge. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than I anticipate, but I know that just happens sometimes. If I had one complaint it's that I've often had to wait an extra 30 minutes to have my car washed when I come to pick it up (they do an awesome job on the wash). I have asked a couple of times for them to make sure they wash it before the pick up time, but the last 2/3 it hasn't been done. That's pretty minor though, I'm generally very happy with their service.

I have used this shop three times on my old girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. I first found them…read moreafter Daytona said they prefer NOT to work on older bikes, not even their own (what the hell??). The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

They put his car on the lift, and gave him a bill for other "issues" needed to be fixed on his car. Tried to make him pay big dollars for things when he only wanted his wheels changed. He went to another mechanic and asked to do a check on his car, told my grandpa that it was "bs" what Kal tire tried to do. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM KAL TIRE!! There are way better and more reliable car services out there
