While it can be extraordinarily difficult to cater for 150 disparate palates, Jouni did an exceptional job, giving us vegetarian options as well as always having a congruent carnivorous choice. Even though there were a few meals (very few) out of the many which I ate that I wasn't fond of, the overall quality and variety of the cuisine he provided was generally high. Recommended Dishes: Baba Ganoush: Smokey and rich. Spot On. Gyros: The use of high quality meat and a slightly spicy sauce made them one of my favorites. Chicken: Jouni is a freaking wizard with Chicken in all of its shapes and forms. He was able to take my least favorite meat and make it something that I'd look forward to eating. Rice Pudding: Viscous and with hints of rosewater and vanilla. I'd be lying to say that I didn't go back for seconds every time this appeared on our dining hall table. Overall: Five Stars, its the rare chef that can keep me well-fed and happy over the course of seven weeks (even my mother can't do that). Its been a pleasure getting to know him, and reassuring to know that I could expect good food at every meal.

The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.

I would recommend and use again. The Owner Nathan B is professional and a really nice guy to do business with he definitely crossed his T's and dot's his I's when it comes to details. I requested a quote on Yelp and Bomb.com was one of the first vendors to respond. They were so professional, nice and accommodating that I immediately had a good feeling about them. They were willing to work around our weird requirements (i.e. no cooking on site per the City of Chino Hills), and brought pre-cooked food to be kept warm on site. They also brought a generator so they could heat up the tortillas. They were even able to accommodate the vegetarians in our group. I couldn't have been happier with the service received from Dominic and Yazmin. They were so easy to work with, and very friendly to me and all of our guests. A couple of the other vendors I talked to acted like they were doing me a favor, but not Bomb.com - they were genuinely nice people, and aptly named. :) Everyone loved the food, and their set up was so cute! The salsa bar looks just like the one in their photos and it was super fresh and awesome. They even bagged up all the leftovers for us so we could enjoy tacos for days! Did I mention it was over 103 degrees outside that day? Despite the heat, they were early to the event, set up on time, and ready to go when our guests started to arrive. The tacos aren't that big, but really flavorful. My favorite were the carne asada and quesabirria. The chicken was a little on the dry side. I decided to go back and buy a couple more quesabirria tacos to take home to my daughter. She loved them. The staff was friendly and you can either order on a tablet or with the cashier. I plan to try more of their menu next time I see them.
