Luckily, I came across Waw-ful-licious. From the very beginning Jesse was so kind and accommodating. He was empathetic to my story and understood how important my event was to me. Fast forward to the day of, I met Jesse and his lovely wife. Being the bride and having 100 guests wanting pictures and time with me, I unfortunately was unable to eat or try any of the waffles or food I ordered for that day. Despite not being able to eat or try their waffles, I had SO many people coming up to me saying how amazing the waffles were. It has been a week and I am still receiving calls from guests telling me how wonderful Jesse and his wife were and how delicious their waffles were. One of my cousins that traveled hours to come to my wedding told me that she even took one to go on the road since they were so yummy. I may not have eaten their waffles, but I can definitely vouch for Jesse and his wife's character. Their waffles weren't the only sweet things there. They were the kindest people and even helped my disabled parents into their car. Everyone saw them as additions to our new family. The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.

He showed up as scheduled, and got everything setup early. The food was fantastic. Their minimum catering is for 50 guest, but we only had about half of that, so we had leftover food for weeks. I only have two critiques. We had the flat grill (taco guy) setup next to a tree that had a lot of droppings due to a unexpected breeze. He didn't have his own canopy so we offered to set ours up for him to cover the grill and food. The DJ forgot his poles to hold up his DJ lights. Thankfully, we had two long wooden stakes that worked perfectly for his lights. What would have happened if we didn't have a canopy, or didn't have the wooden poles? I'm giving this business a 5 star review because the service we paid for was provided to us. Both the food and the music were excellent. I would hire them again for a future party. I would just make sure they bring their own canopy if they are to set up somewhere with lots of falling debris.

We worked with John initially with catering services for our wedding on 11/08/2025. We met John for…read morea tasting and met another time at the venue to go over day of/set up. Both times and all communications before the big day was good. Fast forward the week of the wedding. Here comes in Tammy to fill in for John because he had a family emergency. I'm not sure how much was communicated between the two. On day of the wedding, I noticed it was already 1pm and there was no signs of the caterers. Not one call giving a heads up that they were running late. At our walk thru, John said he would be arriving at 11:30/12pm. Eventually they did show up. I was told by guests that the food was good. I was called the next day by the venue director that Graystone had left grease and oil stains all over their property!!! I have video and photos to show the mess and damages they left behind. They did not lay down tarps in all of the areas they were at. I also have some of their linen napkins which tells me their staff didn't bus the tables like stated. I was told by wedding coordinators and venue management that they did a poor job at cleaning and respecting the property. John had reassured me that he leaves the property cleaner than what it was. Tammy and the staff that night were the opposite. Anyways, I got left with a damage and cleaning bill from the venue from their mess. I've been trying to reach out to John since the wedding and crickets! Very disappointed in their promised Service. John and Tammy if you are reading this - give us a call and make it right.

Recommended Dishes: Baba Ganoush: Smokey and rich. Spot On. Gyros: The use of high quality meat and a slightly spicy sauce made them one of my favorites. Chicken: Jouni is a freaking wizard with Chicken in all of its shapes and forms. He was able to take my least favorite meat and make it something that I'd look forward to eating. Rice Pudding: Viscous and with hints of rosewater and vanilla. I'd be lying to say that I didn't go back for seconds every time this appeared on our dining hall table.
