I recently got married on 6/4/2022 and I booked Gina's Catering more than a year prior around 11/2021 and even though I booked her so early she was the best communicator from the time we booked them to the time leading to our big day! I found Gina's Catering while doing a Yelp search for local caterers for my small wedding reception. They had great reviews, which I can now definitely see why. The business is ran by Amanda and her husband, whom where both a pleasure to work with. We contacted them for a small, 25 person plated dinner wedding reception at a cabin location. They came to our apartment for a food tasting and it was quickly apparent that the chef takes his craft very seriously; he was very passionate about his cooking and the details of the presentation of his plates. We ordered the charcuterrie board appetizer, panzanella salad, and chicken mozzerrella roulade with roasted peewee potatoes, fettucine alfredo, mixed veggies, and cheesecake dessert (and chicken tenders and french fries plates for the kids). Lemonade and water was included for the drinks. On the day of our event, Gina's Catering arrived on time. Aside from the food, and on their own initiative, they also brought matching decorations to decorate the appetizer display. Many of our guests commented on how good the food and service was. Additionally, while some of our guests were giving speeches, Gina's servers asked us if we wanted them to use our phones to video record the speeches so that we could just enjoy the moment. After the event was over, they cleaned up the cabin kitchen and had us do a final inspection before they left. All the food was great, the prices were fair, and Gina's staff was very polite, professional, and dependable.
