I was very happy with my dip nails. They came out awesome and I will be back for this. However, I wasn't happy with my pedicure. The shop was busy and the girl that worked on my pedicure rushed and forgot to complete all the steps in the service I chose. Pedicures are my relaxation time... I usually enjoy pedicures. Terrible service. I will never return. Made 2 nail appointments with specific person that was referred by a friend. Upon arrival we were ushered to pedicure chairs and then a male walked over and started to attempt to do our nails. We informed him we had an appointment and he and other manicurist began speaking Vietnamese. Soon after we were handed a cell phone and told the person to do our nails wanted to speak with us. She tried to convince us to allow someone else to do our nails because she was at the bank. We asked that we wait for her return which was 45 min later. The owner walked in a immediately started on one of our nails. She continued to get up from her seat throughout our services resulting in us being on the nail salon for 4 plus hours. It was extremely unprofessional to get up numerous times while doing our nails and going to help other manicurist, callers, and persons walking in for appointments. Upon completion of my nails it was obvious that my nails had not been sanded properly. I had to request the polish be removed and sanded. The owner attempted to put another coat of polish thinking it would prevent her from correcting the problem. I insisted she file and repaint. Needless to say it's a very busy salon but not well organized or operated professionally. Trash cans were overflowing while manicurist sat playing cards. Also, did I mention the owner, while doing my polish change, reached for a towel being used on another patron sitting next to me and was going to wipe my hands with it until I reminded her that it was unsanitary. read more

I walked in to this beautiful place and expected much better customer service than I received. I had made an appt for my friend and I and when I showed up on time for my appt I was sat quickly with Kathy. Kathy asked what I wanted & I questioned what the $20 Wednesday deal for a full set was all about. She didn't seem to know what I was talking about & then proceeded to rudely question my financial situation by asking, "okay, well how much do you have?" I was upset because her tone was very rude and I didn't feel respected at that point. I told her money wasn't a problem and that I had money to purchase whatever I got done but that I had read about a promotion for Wednesday's. After that we made small talk and she finished my nails in 35 minutes. I said "wow, how long have you been doing nails? You're very fast" I said it with respect and was genuinely asking at that point because I was impressed by how quick she was. I briefly looked at my nails and before I was done drying she scurried off and met another client. I went to wash my hands and I saw her take a customer to the back for waxing in a hurry. That made me inspect my nails more because I felt like she wasn't that fast and maybe was in a hurry to get me out of the way. I had chicklets on my fingers. Thick, uneven VERY different sizes from other nails. They looked fricken terrible if I'm being honest & it's mainly due to the thick coating of polish on top. I told the girl doing my friends nails and said I didn't want to make a fuss but if she could look at them for me. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL. She acknowledged that I was not being dramatic and that the nails were poorly done & thankfully she took the time to fix them for me on spot. I gave her a tip and thanked her. The girl who fixed the disaster was Eileen & my friends nails turned out BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend her. But NEVER trust your nails to Kathy. I'm not normally a critic but I would hate for her to keep doing this to other people. read more

Don't get me wrong they did a great job on my manicure and pedicure; but I felt that the customer service was lacking. I saw them help put the flip flops on the other customers but when my pedicure was complete the tech just left without saying anything so I assumed someone was going to come back to help me with my flip flops but no one did. Which is fine I can totally do it myself I just was surprised. My mother had gone with me and was using a gift certificate she'd gotten for Christmas and a few of the numbers were ripped off. One of the nail techs said that they were unable to honor it because they couldn't read the number. I understand the logic behind needing the number but no where on the certificate did it indicate they needed the number as it was primarily a handwritten certificate. They ended up accepting it but not until I looked at the certificate in an attempt to decipher the numbers and suggested trying a series of numbers. I ended up guessing correctly and it was accepted. read more

I'm in a lot of PAIN from the pedicure. My hope is that no other customers have to endure this. I have a high pain tolerance, but 3 days later and my toe still hurts tremendously. First time coming here and the woman who performed the service dug under my big toenail with tiny scissors. She kept cutting the nail on the sides and also the skin. It started bleeding quite a bit and she used a green liquid to stop the blood. Later this day my toe became sore and swollen. I cleaned it with alcohol and applied ointment. The next day it did not improve. I called and spoke with the manager who asked me to come in so she could apply medicine to it. I didn't want to go back there but I also wanted her to see the injury in person so that she could verify it and address the problem for future clients. I went in and the manager cleaned my toe with alcohol then wanted to apply nail glue to my wound. She was going to glue my skin to the side of my toenail for faster healing but that does not sound like a reasonable option to me, especially since a nail grows. I told her not to put nail glue on it. Instead she got a clear nail polish and applied that to the skin on the sides of my toenail (which I still felt was odd) then put first aid cream in top of that. I was never offered a refund or anything despite the fact that this injury occurred. She only offered an apology several times, which in hindsight really is not enough considering the pain I'm still experiencing. I realized the clear nail polish may not have been the best resolution for my wound and removed it when I got home. I have kept the toe clean and medicated but it is still painful 3 days later. I wish I could go back in time and never have went here because having a sore toe makes it even hard to walk. I'm praying that this heals soon and does not lead me to seek medical attention. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

My daughter and I had an appt here last Sunday. My daughter for a full set and a pedicure for myself. We arrived at 1230 ( our appt time) my daughters nails were not done until almost 3 pm! 2 1/2 hours at the nail salon. I even added a gel manicure and was still done well before she was. They were busy, but 2 1/2 hours.. w an appt. I had read reviews about how warm and welcoming clients felt.. I have to say, that was not our impression. We may give it another try, we may not. They took me as a walk in and were willing to do both services. Both of the nail techs were meticulous and detail oriented as well as friendly. The place is really pretty inside, staff is nice...but the cost, wait time and quality are awful! They tell people 10-15 minutes and it's more like 30+. I had a fill and my daughter had a full set done. Almost all of my daughter's nails have come off, one at a time. I took her to a shop closer to home to get them fixed and they pointed out that the tips were applied incorrectly and would all eventually fall off. Awesome. Paid more than we usually do and they don't last. Had to try it once and definitely won't be back. read more

Even made an appointment for us and she has had to wait an hour after the appointment time before she's even been seated. I had a 10am appointment today for SNS and pedicure however my nail tech was running late and manager of salon seemed extremely overwhelmed. I explained anyone can do pedi but I would wait for my nail tech. Elainna, the manager of salon started working on my nails at 10:30am (instead of pedicure) - but you could tell she was upset. I said I hope she's ok, and nothing happened on her commute in. Then the manager started going off, in front of me and other customers. She's always late, she doesn't care, etc, etc! Shortly after, my nail lady arrived. Elainna comes to me, says "ugh, she's here - good luck" - WTH! Nancy (my nail tech) apologized and got to work on me right away. Nancy does an amazing job on SNS, although I do believe the manager should have been upset for her being tardy she should not involve the customers. About 30 minutes in - Elainna yelled at Nancy again for being late (across the store). The manager constantly seems overwhelmed - she was working on a young girl (gel manicure) and I saw her come to her Grandma and they thought the nails looked awful. I heard the Grandma say "don't tip her, they are horrible". Elianna definitely needs some manners and management training if she's going to want customers to stay loyal. It's Christmas Eve - a time of joy, the last thing you want is someone upset. She needs to work on customer service skills and anger management. It's no surprise that all the nails and eyebrow techs I have had in the past no longer work there. I could and would not work with Elianna either. On a good note, my nails look amazing. Im always excited about new nail salons in the area. I expected this place to be clean, because it's new and in a. Ice area. The older man who did my nails was going to use the same towel with nail clippings from the previous person, so gross. I asked him if that was clean, all he did was dust off the towel and throw the clippings on the floor and said "clean" SO GROSS. He wasn't wearing gloves and kept picking in his ears! REALLY? I was then passed to a lady, maybe the owner? She left my acrylics lumpy and uneven. I did ask her to fix 2 nails. She didn't do a good job. The only nails that look alike are my pinky's. This place is very over priced for the work they do and it's dirty. I wouldn't mind paying $40 for a new pointy set if they actually looked great and the salon was clean. read more

The pedicure itself was good but when I first got there I took a peek and was walking away and they came out and said we can take you now. So they set up the water and just left me there for about 30 min. If you are to busy then don't say we can take you now. Don't take on more than you can handle. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I called to schedule an appt with Thao since she had good reviews but she is moving out of town so I said I could do with Elaina, the person that answered the phone. I got to my appt on time and Elaina left me waiting for over 30 minutes and then starts to work on my nails, she couldn't focus or stop going everywhere. I asked her if she wanted somebody else to do my nails since she was so busy and she said that this is how she works and gave me some terrible attitude and in the end she said next time to ask for anyone else but not her bc she can just sit down and her clients know it. I told her that was my first time there and next time she answers the phone she should make customers aware of that. Well, I wasn't planning to have her do my nails ever again anyway. Looking her doing my nails so poorly and so fast to be done quickly, shaping them unevenly, made me decide not to have gel bc I knew I'd need to go to my regular salon to have them fixed and I wasn't in a mood to argue with someone like her, although I was paying for the service, I didn't want her to hurt my fingers again and just put glue on it! I came here for a pedicure and did not have a good experience. The customer service is subpar. Everyone seems very rushed which in turn does not allow you to relax. If you pick a basic package, they ask you multiple times to upgrade; up-selling at its finest. So back to my pedicure. The lady who did my toes did not even bother doing my cuticles or buff my nails before putting the new paint on! I asked her to cut and file my nails and when I asked her to cut a little shorter, she tried to talk me out of it? Um, no, shorter please. Supposedly a callus remover was included in my package, did she do it? NOPE. I am almost positive that I walked in with softer feet than what I left with. I will not be back. read more

I have mixed feelings on this place. First I will say it is beautiful and clean inside and the staff were friendly. I didn't have an appointment so I was asked to wait 20 minutes. I waited about 40 but no biggie since I walked in. They passed someone who came after me first but I didn't stress it. When it was my turn I felt my manicure was very rushed. It was actually the manager who did it and I understand they were very busy but she cut me 3 times and was on her phone almost the whole time. After I had been very patient, it would have been nice for her to at least slow down enough to not cut me. My pedicure was a much better experience- the other technician took her time and did a very good job. I think I will give it another shot, hopefully when they aren't as busy (and I'll make an appointment). I think the little girls Disney princess chairs are so precious and it does seem like a nice place overall. read more

I went here for a birthday celebration with three other women. I had a manicure and pedicure done. I believe Bob did my manicure and not only did he cut my cuticles to the point i had blood he also over layered my nail polish. When I pulled my hand and said ouch he ignored it and kept working on the other hand. I should have walked out at this point but I felt embarrassed because of the group i came with and I don't like complaining. My pedicure was the same experience...awful. I believe Jenny assisted me and she was rude and appeared mad. She placed a hot towel on my legs and when i let her know it was too hot it took her a while to react and she was upset and threw the towel on the foot wash tub. I had an awful experience and would not go back. As I was getting up the seat cushion slipped off the chair, it was a broken chair and I almost fell. I did tell the cashier, whom I was told was the manager but she didn't seem to care. I was excited to have a new place close to home, however I would never go back.
