I found my new nail place!!! Tucked away next to Sprouts and the Açaí place this salon just underwent some renovations. It's so beautiful inside and just feels very IT girl iykyk. They offered me hot tea, coffee, water, and mimosa. I also noticed they had snacks for you. My nail tech, Flower, was amazing!! She handled my toes great. No pain and she was very gentle. So sad. I loved this place, but it takes one bad experience to change it all. Pedis are great and the ladies are amazing. Just don't come to do manicures with designs. They do what they want, you give them pictures as inspo and they say oh that's stickers or press on. Yes, I know but this is what I'm going for. Today I got a basic fill. Charged me $10 extra dollars to glue on flowers on 2 nails! Like I could have done that myself. The nail tech didn't want to add anything else, after I told her I wanted more. She said no cuz I have ombré. the nail tech last time did a work of art even though I had ombré. I'm so upset. Thank goodness there's more nail places to go to. Had an appointment for 4 people at 5:15. They took walk ins ahead of us so that ate into our time. Or who knows maybe they had an appt too but what it looked like is they were just getting started too!!! Either way they were short staffed apparently. Why would he over book if he knew he was short staffed. I also called at 11:45am to make this appointment for 5:15 pm. I sat in the pedi chair for 40 min without anyone saying anything to me really and no water turned on. Finally the water was turned on and it burned me. After an hour and 20 min of sitting in the now cold water, No one communicated with me that they were short staffed. I saw multiple people go before me and the excuse was they had an appt with that specific person. It pissed me off I spent $80 on my girlfriend's toes when I didn't even get a Pedicure. I walked out waiting for my party to finish. I used to come here. Now, it's gone down hill. I'm actually upset at the fact I called HOURS AHEAD, and I could not get accommodated for nothing. A $10 voucher was given, someone else can have it cuz i'm NOT COMING BACK. Awful. Awful. Awful. Also STOP TEXTING when you're working on peoples hands and feet. The cross contamination is gross. My mom told her lady she was hurting her and she just wouldn't listen. Her nails look thick and I can see blood around my sister in laws feet around her cuticles since her lady was rough on her too. This experience was absolutely horrible. 2 hours for shit service and shit polish. read more

visited this salon for the first time today at the recommendation of my bestie. My nails were already done so I went for a pedicure & Victoria was amazing with my service. She took her time and made my experience wonderful, her massage was heavenly and im really happy with how neat my paint job came out. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I spoiled myself with the number 4 which was $58 and included either gel or paraffin. I opted for the gel since it keeps my pedicure looking fresher longer. As a first time customer I got a 20% discount which was nice, so my total was $46. I paid with card so there was a little extra fee on top but I didn't mind. If you want to avoid the fee bring cash or they have an ATM up front. Manager La was very sweet and made sure I was well taken care of and knew about their points system upon check out. I enjoyed my service, the spa was beautiful, not overly crowded and service was great. Look forward to my next visit! read more
