Update to my original review: (This was the same day but I have been really busy and didn't have the time to update) I want to give Anthony credit. He went online, read my review, and took the time to reach out and address the situation. He apologized and offered to do whatever he could to make up for my daughter's experience. Him making an effort to make her feel better showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate that they didn't ignore the situation or make us feel like our concerns didn't matter. The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen, but they made an effort to make things right. read more

I really wanted to love this location BUT... I always make reservations online or by phone for myself and my 8 year old daughter but when I come in they have NO record of my reservation and we spend 3 hours (no joke) on them "fitting us in" while one person does my nails and some other person does her toes and then they start on my toes and eventually start on her nails. I don't have 3+ hours to spend on nails when I always make an appointment ahead of time. I contacted them directly to express my concerns before posting this review and they said that every nail salon cannot guarantee that they do nails and toes at the same time. Ladies... we know this to not true. This salon over books and then "fits you in" even after you make reservations ahead of time. I would much rather them tell me that they do not have availability so that I can go somewhere else. To further add to this, the last time that my 8 year old daughter got gel toe polish, the lady assigned to her out of desperation because they had no record of me calling and making my appointment, was super anxious to get done because her next appointment was readily about to show up. I appreciate her respecting her appointments unlike the rest of the salon but at the same time two toes of my daughter's gel polish popped off the next day. Not three days later, or even two days later but literally the next day. I even paid for my daughter to have an adult pedicure but yet two toe gel polish popped off the next day. I don't blame the nail tech but I feel that she was super rushed because they are accepting all reservations which is impacting the quality of work. Anyway, that's all I have to say. Connecting directly with management today 8/4/26 to express concerns didn't help at all so I'll be going back to my original nail salon on Ontario and the 15 freeway. (Circle K center) They were always so amazing and took their appointments seriously. I only went to Resort because they were closer to my mom's house but I don't respect anyone that doesn't respect my time. If I make a reservation I expect for it to be honored. read more

I found my new nail place!!! Tucked away next to Sprouts and the Açaí place this salon just underwent some renovations. It's so beautiful inside and just feels very IT girl iykyk. They offered me hot tea, coffee, water, and mimosa. I also noticed they had snacks for you. My nail tech, Flower, was amazing!! She handled my toes great. No pain and she was very gentle. Some nail techs can be very harsh but she was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back here for the vibes. read more

I'm gonna be totally honest, when I came into Resort Nails, the previous salon had left my nails a total mess. Resort got me in within two hours of calling them, paired me with someone experienced enough to salvage my acrylics (and not have to get a totally new set) and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They really are great here. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I want to thank you guys so much for making my little girls birthday special. Due to the heavy rain we had to cancel the original plans we had for my daughter's 7th birthday. We decided to take her to get her very first Mani and Pedi. She was soooo happy and excited! Victoria was so patient and kind and made my daughter feel so special. Tracy also did my pedicure and she was amazing. I haven't had time to get a pedicure in 2 years. It was so nice! They offered drinks and snacks! The overall experience was wonderful. Thomas did an excellent job on my hairs and listened to what I wanted and he delivered beautifully. Annie did amazing on my pedicure and the massage was great! If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I've visited this nail salon a few times, mainly because they're open late, which is super convenient after work. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and modern, which definitely adds to the initial appeal. That said, I've consistently found the pricing to be much higher than expected, especially for the level of service received. For example, a simple fill with ended up costing me nearly $80 due to multiple upcharges, like gel, shaping, cut down, and whatever they added. While my nails looked nice, I know there are other places that offer similar or better results for a more reasonable price. One time, the air conditioning wasn't working and it was uncomfortably hot during my appointment. I asked for a fan, and while one was available, the technician used it for himself even though I was visibly uncomfortable, definitely not the pampering experience I was hoping for. Another time, I came in for a pedicure and ended up sitting in the chair for over 15 minutes while the staff chatted with each other, without even turning on the water for my feet soak. They weren't busy, so it felt like poor customer service, and I eventually just walked out. On the plus side, they do offer a complimentary drink, which is a nice touch, though many salons do that now. Overall, while the salon looks great and the hours are convenient, the service doesn't always match the high price point, and that's made me hesitant to return. read more

I am currently in a lot of pain from the injuries I sustained during my recent visit to a nail salon. I usually do my own nails with Gel X, but I wanted to treat myself this time. Unfortunately, the nail technician drilled excessively hard into my natural nails, causing them to bleed and leading me to suspect a bacterial or fungal infection. It didn't seem like she changed the drill bits or cuticle cutters between clients, and I now believe that was the case. Additionally, she didn't clean up my cuticles or properly prepare my nails; she only cut the length of my natural nails. I am extremely disappointed. The salon itself is beautiful, but the service I received was not up to par. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would , this place is terrible and over price I went to Thomas he was so rude and does his own thing , I went in to get nails done and showed him my inspo pic and let him know I wanted French tip , he only did the gel color and was like okay done I let him know you forgot the French tip he pushed my hand and got so mad at me . I let him know I told him before appointment I wanted this and showed inspo pic as well, he was so rude the whole time and unprofessional and was telling other workers stuff and kept pushing my hands , I then got charged $15 extra for his mistake I asked at end why I got charged extra she said he can no longer do my nails but didn't give reason , I was so upset such an unprofessional place and never do what you ask for. read more

Thomas did amazing on my nails. Honestly super funny guy. Made me and my mom laugh. Cracking jokes the entire service. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in. Tammy did my pedicure, she's a sweetheart. Did a free design because I mentioned that my birthday is in two days from now. Both of them very attentive in refilling our drinks and offered more chips. And just kind in general. Nothing like other salons. I say this because it felt like a restaurant Anthony is in the front desk, and I would say so sweet when asking about the service we wanted and alert of his job. Same thing with Tammy and Thomas, checking if we were happy with our service and asking for refills. 10000/ 10 would definitely recommend. WILL be coming back again. read more

i have been coming here for over 10 years and have had such a welcoming experience. i have been coming to Lisa for eyebrow waxing. she has always done my eyebrows. lisa will not only wax your eyebrow but give it shape. i travel from LA to corona often just to get my eyebrows done with her. lisa is super friendly and is the best when it comes to eyebrows she does an amazing job shes organized and very clean she is the best icant imagine going else were. lisa also gets ur eyebrows done quick and does not shave them she is professional and has skills i guarantee you will not be disapointed. read more

Was here the other day for the first time and as soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly! I was worried because I'm usually kind of picky when it comes to my nail artist but I got Johnny and he was amazing! He did exactly what I showed him from the picture I had and my nails came out beautiful! So glad I found someone good in my area that doesn't charge 100+ for a nice set. I would love to recommend "Happy" my nail technician for tonight , it was my first time here, and everyone was so nice since I first called over the phone,then showed up 10 min after I had called, I got Lucky, on a walk-in app & with Happy an amazing tech. Doesn't even want to explain their mistakes, or answer my questions. They show me their appointment book which has so no other appointment following mine but claims I can't be seen for being "late" Zero care for the person in front of them. Waste of my time to drive here. They will gaslight you like no other. Edit to add: this is not false info - this has happened multiple times and I've continued to go because I liked one nail tech there. Being asked not to return as a loyal customer is another clear sign of their poor customer service. These events occurred and are true on multiple occasions.
