Used to come here all the time. The food is always so good. But the service is terrible! The lady who works in the front has a terrible attitude every time and she just sits around talking to the men at the bar the whole time. She sits on her phone and doesn't help with anything. We ordered a pitcher of soda and she told us it was $3.50, it was $4.99, she never brought it out also, we had to ask the busser to grab it for us and he was very nice about it. But the attitude from this lady is always so insane. I won't be returning to this location again. Hopefully the other ones have better service. read more

We came here for a baseball team gathering party. The place was nice and clean, with plenty of options on the menu. The kids were entertained by the arcade games on the side, while the adults got to watch the game and chat together. It's a great spot for gatherings or parties. The manager (a woman) who was there today was VERY rude from the minute she took my order, impatient, & had terrible customer. After making me feel dismissed & given no direction after placing my order I asked why she was giving me such a big attitude and proceeded to catch an even bigger attitude and rolled her eyes with a smirk on her face. I asked for my refund I didn't feel comfortable getting food from there at this point and she walked away to help another customer on the other side after I asked for my refund. The food is okay. I had a sub. It was good but with too much food in it. The food kept falling out. We also had pizza. I did not like it but my daughter did. The service is so so. One of the employees left a to go item on the counter without advising us. Lucky I was on my way to check to see if the item was ready. One of the other employee was great. They have picnic like tables and the long seats with a little bit of cushions on them so a person can feel comfortable. I like the decor. You can play music of your choice. read more

Asked for a to-go box , and when we were given the pizza box I walked it back to the table opened it and it had GREASE already on the bottom of the pizza box like it had been used. That has neverrrrrrr happened to me before where i ask for a to-go box and they give you a used one. Like how does that even happen?! Do they re-use boxes without people knowing? I was shocked! I then went to look for the owner, found him and told him they gave me a used pizza box. Thinking I was gonna get some sort of apology, I got nothing. Adequate food does not justify horrible service. Red headed lady with the glasses took exactly 34 minutes to hand me 2 slices of pizza. Not to mention pizza was already getting cold I got it. Absolutely would never return to this establishment, I overheard a customer having to ask 3 times for barbecue sauce and plates. If I can give 0 stars I will, I've actually never experienced such horrible service nor have I waited that long for 2 slices of pizza. Within there yesterday what are two small pizzas One was a pineapple Hawaiian pizza and the other was a cheeseburger pizza. The Hawaiian pizza was very bland had no flavor at all you can tell they did not use real pineapple this was canned for sure The cheeseburger pizza was so greasy and had way too much mustard on it. read more

Today I went here to enjoy pizza and watch football chiefs vs commanders. However the dodgers happened to be playing today as well. As I walk into the restaurant I noticed on every single tv of the 20 tvs that were there, the chiefs and commanders game was only on 1 tv while the rest of 19 tvs were playing the dodgers game. So i politely asked the lady taking my order if they can change one of the TVs to the chiefs game. I waited about 10 mins and got no help. I went to then ask what looked like to be the owner of the restaurant. I asked him if he could just switch the game outside to the chiefs because no one was outside watching the dodger game. He walked out with me and saw one person walking by looking at the game. He then told me to follow him back inside and showed me a table with a horrible view of the chiefs game being played from the bar. And the table he wanted me to sit at was crowded in between many dodger fans. He really just couldn't change one TV outside for me to enjoy and eat pizza and watch football. I had my girlfriend with me as well who is 20years old so she can't sit at the bar to watch the only chiefs game being played. Today I ordered over the phone for pick up. a 8" Italian deluxe sandwich with an order of potatoes wedges. When I receive my receipt the total came to $18.73. I went on line to compared those prices with my receipt. The online price for the 8" Italian deluxe is $8.99. The online price for the potato wedges is $2.99. I was charged for the sandwich $12.99., for the potatoes I was charged the online price, of $2.99. Doing the math, along with taxes $1.75 and a $1.00 transaction fee. Again the totals amounted to $18.73. I called to dispute the four-dollar difference. They informed me that the prices vary between the three family owned establishments. With no changes or updates to their website. In my conversation with their rep, it appears to be an accepted practice. Well, that is downright discieving and taking advantage of it's good faith customers. I have been a customer coming to this establishments for years. I imagine that I have been overcharged for their food for years without knowing. Well no more! I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Decent local spot to come watch the game with kids. They have drinks and sports for the adults and a few arcade games and pizza for the kids. Came in this past Sunday when it was at it's busiest and the staff kept up as good as they could, we had no complaints. The lemon pepper wings are tasty and so are the potato wedges. The micheladas are good but kind of pricy. 9 for modelo michelada. They are served in a cold glass though. The all meat pizza is really good. They are not tight with the toppings. I love the bacon flavor. The prices are reasonable. They have games for the kids to play. They sell pizza sausage fries. They are pretty good and loaded with toppings. Overall we like this place. Parking is usually not a problem either. They play games on the tvs too. They also have a music player.
