You first drive in a line to the course (Hells Revenge- and get some history), complete a practice course, then drive into the real deal. Wasn't sure what to expect, this is something you should not miss. Super fun, and a great use of trip time. And the views...spectacular. Great service, great experience, lots of laughs.

If you're an adventure seeker, you're going to love this! If you're scared of heights or get a little queasy, just know the angles are no joke. At some points, it genuinely felt like we were at a 45° angle. There isn't a ton of training beforehand, and they really just give you the basics you need to know. If you're someone who's comfortable figuring things out as you go, you'll probably love it. If you need a lot of guidance, it could feel a little intimidating. I'm SO glad I didn't drive, but my fiancé absolutely loved every second of it. We would recommend this tenfold!

The custom open-top tour van is an incredible way to experience the park. Most vehicles leave you craning your neck to see the tops of the massive rock walls and arches, but having the open roof and panoramic visibility made all the difference. Tubing down the Colorado River was one of the best experiences of my life!…read more I opted for the 3-4 hour float, starting at 12pm on a Saturday in Mid September. I feel like we got extremely lucky because no one else was on our float and we didn't even see anyone out on the river. For us, it was like a private tubing float down the most epic river ever. It was truly breathtaking from the moment you start until you end. Next time I'm in the area, I'm going on a longer float because it was THE BEST TIME!!! The current is perfect, the water is great, the tubes are comfy! Also, Trevyn (I believe his name was) was our driver to the drop off location at the start and he was fantastic!! He was a spectacular guide while driving us to our spot, you can tell from his vast experience of the area. Overall, I LOVE this company, I LOVED my tube experience, and I will be back!

You can either meet at their location, where you can get some merch, sunscreen, use the facilities and ask any questions you have, or you can pay a small fee to get picked up from your location. From their place to the river, we did one of their raft tours, with 2 other couples we met there, and Josh, our guide. From beginning to end, Josh had a lot of information and history to share with us, and he made everything interesting and fun. He enjoyed answering questions, sharing his knowledge with us, and taking all the pictures we wanted. We even stopped for a quick hike on our tour (and those that didn't want to join were welcomed to stay on the raft). This was an amazing way to see a lot in a "short time" and learn.

I was searching on line and found Navtec. The river ride on the Colorado sounded like a great way to see the park. And it sure was, we nailed it. We arrived at their location downtown Moab a little while after checking into a hotel downtown. They offered to pick us up but it was a nice 10 minute walk to get to their office. It's a nice spot with plenty of last minute necessary's like sunscreen. Within minutes of rallying our group of 6 we were off to the launch point for the tour with our motorized blowup boat. We had a stop along the way at the great wall to see hieroglyphics. The boat ride was great, with information on spots and stories as well. Our guide Josh was excellent. Happy to say we had a great time.

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had a great (and safe!) adventure. Special shout-out to Sabrina, who was an absolute rockstar--helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. The Jeep was in excellent condition and performed beautifully... right up until Elephant Hill reminded us who's boss. After that trail, the renter's wife and daughter were officially scared to death, declared Jeeping "a hard no," and refused to do anything remotely off-road ever again. Canyonlands Jeep Rental couldn't have handled it better. They were incredibly understanding and graciously let us return the Jeep early with zero hassle, which we truly appreciated given the circumstances (and the lingering white knuckles). If you want a company that's honest, flexible, and staffed by people who actually care--this is the place.
