We finally found our people. If I had an endless budget I would honestly just hire them for everything around the house, forever. On Wednesday Jan. 31st, my whole house had water back flow at 7pm and we desperately needed someone who could come immediately to fix it. Anar came to our place within 40 minutes and started looking for the cause of the issue. He first tried to unclog through the toilet and shower, but it didn't improve so he asked us about the location of the cleanout. As new home owners, my husband and I didn't know where it is located so he went under the crawl space to locate where it is. Apparently our house doesn't have a cleanout. It was already 9pm and he told us it's a bigger problem, so we decided to reconvene the next day. On Thursday Feb. 1st, he came back at 11am and looked around the house again and concluded that we need to make a new clean out. He had to leave at 2pm but he came back at 6pm with two more men to dig out the front yard, unclog the pipe, and make the bathroom functional at least for that day. They worked until 10:30pm in the rain, and eventually made the bathroom functional again. Friday February 2nd he came back and completed making a new clean out. I also asked him about the bathroom sink issue (we could only use one at a time because if we use both at the same time they get clogged), and he gladly took care of it (the two sinks share the same pipe and apparently there was rust piled up). The work was completed at around 2pm and we were very happy that we don't have any more backflow. However, we noticed that one of our toilet was not flushing well. I contacted him again and he said he would visit the next day. On Saturday Feb. 3rd he came by in the afternoon and tried to see if the toilet is a problem. We couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he recommended removing the toilet and see if there's something clogged down there. On Monday Feb. 5th he came back. He removed the toilet and apparently there was a pile of toilet paper that caused the clogging issue. He cleaned it up and resealed the toilet and now everything is working great! I am just so impressed by his responsiveness and responsibility on this project. Throughout the past 5 days he basically came to our house everyday to fix multiple issues and I was very impressed by his dedication (especially when he stayed until 10:30pm to unclog the main pipe such that we can use the bathroom again!) to solve the issue. I had a difficult job to repair a broken heavy hatch door (with no support brace) to a roof in a commercial building.
