First it was Zhoe in there Folsom location, and now Julie in Cameron Park. Ladies you folks ROCK. I want EVERYONE to come see for themselves how are world should treat a customer. VISIT 3 BROTHER !!!! POOR little Julie, after taking a very moving call from a family member, was able to treat ME , a complete stranger, like I was ger best buddy. Asked for a lighter cashier asked me if i'm doing meth??? who asks that like what. I have been going here for three almost four years now and I absolutely love the staff! I have never had a problem returning something that didn't work or once had bad service. Michele is my go to girl for all my questions - completely knowledgeable and willing to even look up questions she may not even know (for instance when I needed to get CBD to help my mom). The clerk kristi? lied! Sold me a $59.99 atomizer. Said I Could return if not what we wanted. I returned the following day to return it but she hadn't put the receipt in the the bag. Yes, she remembered me but still wouldn't refund me even though she admitted it was her fault for not including the receipt. She said she'd call the owner to let him know what had transpired. When she completed the call, she told me the owner denied a refund because I didn't have a receipt. Is this a joke?!! Completely ripped off! To make matters worse, found out they overpriced the atomizer. Found it at another shop for $24.99! Don't go to this shop unless you want to overpay and get lied to. read more

All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and theyve even recommended me products to help me quit nicotine despite that being the main thing I purchase! I went in on Friday 6/11 looking for a disposable vape. I was talked into getting a brand of vape I was unsure about, but was assured was great. The nice woman (forgot her name) working was adamant about this brand of vape being great. I went home with the vape, and 30 minutes later it started leaking. I immediately went back, and was told by the woman I just bought from half an hour before that she would not help me get another one. She said there was nothing she could do and then she just walked away mid sentence. I go to many different smoke shops, and anytime there's a problem that happens that day they always swap me for a new one. Especially because they are $30! I will never come back, and I recommend Elite Smoke Shop in Cameron Park over this fraud store. read more

I would love to give it less than one star, because it doesn't even deserve it. I've been going here for years and it was always fine but the last 3 months or so have been absolutely awful. Tonight I went in and got $75 with of items. I got a pack of coils for my vape. She asks if I would like all 5 or just one. I said all 5 and was charged for all 5. I get home and the box only contains 3. She didn't even offer a receipt so now I have no way to prove it. If you like truthful people, don't go here. read more

There's some places you make a point at never going back to and this is one of them for me. Used to be a loyal customer until the owner sold me a defective device-threw away my warranty information-then refused to help, when he told me prior to my purchase "if you have any problems please come back to me and I will personally take care of you". He is never around to actually help his customers personally because he cares more about his other shops. I thought I was helping "small businesses" by coming here (even though I was well aware I was being up charged like crazy) but all I was doing was helping a non local make even more money. In my opinion, He doesn't care about his customers, he cares about making a sale at whatever the cost (even if he is dishonest in doing so). Do yourself a favor and frequent one of the many other shops around. Amongst other things, no social distancing no masks or gloves anywhere to be found and no sanitizing between customers. I really love this place. The employees are always so helpful and have great personalities. My favorite is Kristi. I think she might be the manager there? Anyways, Kristi is always so great and usually I end up leaving with more than what I originally came there for. They have a wide variety of items and one in every color. I wish they had a little more clothing for women, but other than that, I think this store is awesome!! I love the fact they are open late too. Smokers Dream closes at 7pm, but this place stays open until 10pm, which is a huge bonus for us night owls like myself. :) read more

Honestly love this smoke shop, I was on my way back home from a trip & stopped by 3 brothers to grab a couple puff bars & to see what else they had, I was surprised how many puff bars were there. Lori showed me everything she had & she was so sweet! I also noticed that she's a damn good multitasker, as she was helping me & my husband she was also spraying down the counters, definitely made me feel a lot better knowing that she follows the Covid guidelines not a lot of places I've been to have done that so I was impressed! I thought this shop would turn out ok, but, I was wrong. I went there to make a simple purchase(rolling papers), there was a young female working, she was talking to a customer, but it was obvious they were friends. I stood patiently waiting for her to at least acknowledge my presence in but she did not, her and her friend just went on talking and laughing, I waited and waited, but... Nothing. She didn't say "I'll be with you in a moment sir", she just kept on talking and talking. All I wanted was a simple pack of papers. She could have sold me the papers while she was having her gossip session with her friend, but she didn't. She didn't even have the decency after 10 more minutes of jaw-jacking, to even say hello. I walked out and went next door to the liquor store and purchased my papers. I won't go back there. In addition, their products are all overpriced, and of a questionable quality. Alright so I've been coming here for damn near 2 years, every other day literally at least gave the owner like 2-3g's in his products and I bought a vape and the shit was burnt and the owner tried it and told me it wasn't burnt. All the workers inside know me I come in every other day. Like I've been buying this shit for a while seen his workers come in and out. But he's gonna try the vape and tell me it's good when I'm telling you it wasn't. I loved this place but the owner never is in a good mood rude as hell. Don't go here. It's Christmas Eve made me spend $30 on a burnt product and didn't even want to help me until I said I was done coming there. I shouldn't have to threaten my service to get my product fixed. All the girls are extremely nice, all the workers. It's the owner he's rude I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone anymore.
