I'm very thankful to have this establishment so close to home. When I first started exploring their products, I didn't know much and had a lot of questions. I always feel comfortable coming here because every budtender I've interacted with has been patient, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining the different products. I never feel uncomfortable asking questions, even when I have a lot of them. They take the time to make sure you understand your options and help you find what works best for you. They have the standard ID check before entering, and they are cash only, so just be prepared. They also offer so many great specials, which is a huge bonus! I recommend signing up for their text messages as well. They usually send reminders about once a month with current specials, and it's not a constant stream of messages. Very disappointed. Been going here for years and they refused to trade back an item after they had sold me the wrong product. I had asked the lady to grab me indica or hybrid and after having a whole conversation about it and her asking me multiple times if those flavors are correct, she brought me back 3 sativa. After are long conversation, I expected the products to be correct and paid for my items. After noticing it was incorrect I went back in to get the right ones and they refused which I was very confused/surprised because they have been able to do it for me before and I hadn't even left the premises yet. I had walked in a minute after I had left the store. I'm very disappointed because I loved going here but will probably not be coming back. :( read more

I went to Foothill Health and Wellness yesterday and had a really great first experience! One of the staff members, Lauren, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I remembered the name of the nice dude who served me today. I think his name was a 4 or 5 letter E name and he was working the edibles on 4/20 on the 3pm 4pm shift. To say the minimum he went above and beyond to help my partner and I out when we were in a pinch. This wasn't asked or suggested to him at all but he hopped right into action and went far out if his way to make our day just that much better. This is quite literally the BEST dispensary I've ever been to. Product selection and quality, customer service and pricing are on point! I drove all the way from Rocklin and it was well worth the drive. Didn't know it before I got there but I went in on the day they were running their PRIDE special and got the Jeeters PRIDE Edition pre rolls & they were AMAZING!! I like this place because it is clean and located minutes off of Hwy 50. They know their stuff and sometimes I just look at them and say "can you explain" and they do. Each day of the week they specials depending on what you like. Edibles are our thing and those days for specials are Thursday and Friday. Now they take debit cards, not credit cards. Everything about this store is fantastic - the selection of products, willingness of the staff to take time to explain the various options I could select and a very positive atmosphere. I've been to other shops and they had a whole different vibe, i.e., not clean, stale air and the staff was so high they were incapable of answering questions "well, they [products] effect everyone different so you just need to try it", seriously? I certainly do not object to people being high (duh!) but when you can't do your job to help a customer make their selections, you need to call for a ride home and get to your bean bag chair. I love coming here when I get a chance. It's a little further down from my location but always worth the visit . The vibe is super chill and welcoming to ALL . Love the artwork and displays in the shop too. They're now recreational so that's great too. I have a couple of favorite people here so obviously great staff! Last time I checked they have a few activities they host as well for people to chill and it sounds fun! I think it was yoga. Hopefully one day I can participate if it's still going :) read more

We were in the area and happened to come upon this place, and boy am I glad we did. Their customer service was superior and the bud tender helping us was sooo helpful with our budget and helping us through the huge selection they carry. Biggest selection hands down I've ever seen. I arrived at this location at 6:35 pm on a Monday evening. I was not aware that you had to have a medical card in this county. I pleasantly greeted by the man behind the desk. He asked for my license. I was not in their system anymore due to leaving the county 4 years ago. I asked how I can get approved for a medical card. He stated, "I could help you tonight, but unfortunately you are 5 minutes too late." "I could of gotten for you for $50 because I usually do them 30 minutes before closing." I said, wow, you really do not want a sale I guess". He said, "well I cannot help you, you are too late". He got up from his chair and walked into the back. I was not very happy. So I mumbled quietly, "hmm, I won't be coming back here ever again. I feel it was bad customer service since I was 5 minutes past his time for getting me a medical card. read more
