The owner did not measure two of the…read morewindows correctly and when we told the owner of the company that the blinds did not look right and we would like a remeasurement and replacement, Craig, the owner was completely unhelpful and refused to rectify his mistake who actually took the measurements. He offered us a $200 refund on a $1300 order. Instead of offering good customer service, he just wanted to move past his mistake and not fix it. I've given the owner at least one month to fix the situation, but he has not responded or tried to fix his mistake. Very unsatisfied and regretful to order from 1-800-4-blinds! Buyer beware!

I feel like they just don't want to work on a Saturday so say it's not available when it is. I went back to the site and Saturday is still available- so why are we being told it's not? Review might change after consult but at this point I am not happy with this company and we haven't even met them yet.

The valences were removed, professionally dry cleaned, pressed and reinstalled in only 2 days! The turn around time was excellent. The valences were expertly cleaned and I am very pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable as well. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I got zebra blinds installed in August of last year for my new home. 1) The company promised to install a free blind for the window in my garage. I had to follow up multiple times, and finally they came and installed it but it was too short for the window and also was a faux wood blind instead of zebra blind which was promised. He agreed to swap it but it has been 10 months since and I haven't been getting any response. 2) The zebra blinds were quite expensive and I paid a premium for them ($3800 for 10 blinds). We went with the recommendation from company during blind selection. I'm disappointed that these blinds don't block any light whatsoever coming in and are useless. The TV is unwatchable during day time due to all the glare and reflection coming in from windows. I had to spend a lot again to get curtains installed for whole house.

I hired Harry to do a small conference room at a law office. I have been in the construction…read moreindustry for 30 years. I gave Harry a 65% deposit to order. I spent weeks hounding Harry to install the blinds. He finally confirmed a specific day to install at 10 AM after approximately 8 weeks since ordered. The night before, Harry called my phone three times at 11:45 at night and left a message asking for access to get into the locked building so he could install. I was sleeping and did not answer. You can imagine my confusion, when I received the message. The next morning he did not show up as scheduled. I called him to find out what was going on. He told me that he got into a car accident the night before. I asked where my blinds were, and he claimed his car was impounded and they were in his car. It took another week or so for him to get the blinds out of his car and Uber to our building to install. Upon installing, Harry called me multiple times for immediate payment. I was not available to answer the phone. He never left a message or sent a final invoice. Harry decided to illegally enter the building and removed/ stole the installed blinds late last week. Again, I have not received a message, an invoice, a W9 or an insurance certificate from Harry and Josel. The owners of the property have since filed a police report due to his unauthorized access of the law office and unauthorized removal of their property. DO NOT HIRE! HARRY IS BAD NEW.
