    So happy with our new blinds!! Experience was seamless & professional from beginning to end. Ceci was helpful throughout the blind selection process whilst Eric (owner) provided impeccable customer service. Eric was responsive, accommodating & we felt valued as a customer. So grateful how quickly they were able to install our blinds in comparison to other providers. Thank you & highly recommend!!

    Dont EVER use this company. They are the most irresponsible and have lousy customer service. Not only did they mess up my original order (in which took a long time to receive) but they also tore up my old blinds and did not install the new ones. They did not have anchors to hang the blinds so they left my windows open for almost two weeks (I had to purchase temporary coverings myself in that time). When they finally decided to come back to install the blinds that were already here they arrived late, carelessly installed the blinds incorrectly/unevenly, and discovered that two of them were cut too narrow. These are Roman blinds in which they cannot be duplicated, hence I am stuck with a lot of wasted time and money lost. Eric Dritz, the owner, is extremely incompetent and not a man of his word. He promised to still order and install the other blinds but then after screwing up further just ran away from the deal because he knew he was going to lose alot more over time to get it right. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. As a matter of fact, it would be a negative digit.

    Recently we decided to reconfigure our living room and needed to purchase blinds in the sunroom to help with the glare on the TV that would be sitting just opposite a room full of windows. We reached out to a couple of companies for estimates and happily, we chose 1-800-4Blinds. The owner, Eric, was immediately very responsive and always available and Ceci, our salesperson, was absolutely professional and knowledgeable and, believe me, very available to answer any questions that I had even after having chosen the blinds we wanted. Needless to say, being me, I changed my mind a couple of times and questioned my choices. Each time she immediately sent us various quotes and pictures and explained the textures, sizes, and colors. In the end, she helped us choose the appropriate blinds after explaining our needs. Max, our installer, was very flexible with our schedule and came out when it was convenient for us to measure and then install. We were in no rush to install since we had some remediation work that had to be done that created a lot of dust in our home so we wanted to wait. Honestly, that took about 2 months. Max was very accommodating and professional and always polite. Oh, did I mention it took him about 30 minutes to install 9 shades! We are very happy that we chose 1-800-4Blinds. Eric, Ceci, and Max, thank you!

    They are fantastic. The service as quick and easy. Ceci is very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction when asked. Our blinds were shipped and installed quickly without any issues at all. Strongly recommend!

I was trying to get my blinds in dining room fixed since early October, call after call, promised Thanksgiving then Christmas then..after numerous calls n messages they don't even know who I am in mid January. They had multiple blinds to fix. Early December they finally came to install, I paid in full for one installed blind the others had numerous incorrect parts so more delays. Began the weekly phone call, Ignored again. Finally mid Jan they have the parts. Now I can only call it as I felt but I was being blackmailed by a man named Dan. Never ever met him I don't even know his position. I do know He berated me over and over, demanding a made up $85 fee for a 2nd trip. It was their error they had to come back. I attempted to explain, but told to stop talking, he didn't care to listen, kept saying he knew everything. Confused and mad I refused the fee. He begins to ramble on in an anger attack, about me talking and then, blames us. Yes, we are the real problem. We didn't buy some verticals from them and he is furious . I guess he must be going broke. My small job is nothing . Months of calls delay, zero customer follow-up, now blackmail. They have my parts, they broke several clips and nothing good from this experience.

Dan was very conscientious about his work, making sure everything was done properly. When he was done cleaning them, they looked brand new. He also took the initiative to repair quite a few of them. We are more than satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for any blind or cleaning repairs. They were very pleasant to work with. You will not be disappointed.

We had been wanting and needing window coverings for our loft for some time, but were stymied when it came to knowing where to go. Then I found the booklet, and was pleasantly surprised to find out this business was just a few blocks from our home, so we went to check it out. The shop is owned and operated by Doug Scheibner, and not only is he a window covering guy, he's an interior designer. But the great thing about Doug is that he really listens to what you want, and then he comes to your place and sees what you need, and then he comes up with a plan to make you totally happy. Prices are very reasonable for custom made window coverings. And service is beyond compare ... Doug goes the extra mile for his customers. He is truly a nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.

I strive to support local businesses, especially when I have large home projects to complete (e.g. ordering a few thousand dollars worth of window coverings). I called It's Your Window, spoke to Doug (seemed friendly) and we discussed two potential days for a home visit. He didn't want to schedule right then (which I would have preferred). Instead we agreed he'd call back that Thursday. Never happened, nor did the home visit - not even after I called Doug one more time after being blown off. The best I got was an accidental butt dial the day I called the first time. Things come up, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Perhaps there was a family emergency (I really hope not). Or maybe he was busy with clients he deemed more important than a new one. Regardless, knowing my need was immediate and my time off was rare, Doug could have cordially declined the job - or offered to schedule another time. Instead he wasted both of my days off by saying he'd come out on one of them, which kept me from scheduling with an another company because I was expecting him. It was very unprofessional, unkind and uncool.
