Utter Disgrace of a process and misleading like nobody's business. For starters; the company is called 3 day blinds but yet you pay for air freight to get them in three days. Otherwise you get them in about 2 weeks +. The quality of these custom blinds is suspect since the order shipped in under 24 hours. Custom goods typically take longer than that unless they don't have much business. So again, the products are custom, ship within 24/48 hours and then come across the country on an LTL truck making the total time upwards of 2 weeks. The installer left screws on the floor throughout the house, had my 13 year old asking why his pants hung well below his butt to me, classless and left his drill charger and other tools onsite. They use a company called GreenSky for their financing. They are not a bank so they are NOT FDIC insured. They break the privacy protocols that most banks would be shutdown if they were caught partaking in. In 2015 my fiancee and I bought a townhouse in Haverhill, Mass. We decided to purchase and have vertical blinds installed. In total we ended up with 15 window units and 2 for sliders. Up until now they have been excellent. Last week there was an issue with one of the slider units and needs service. I sent an email with copy of original order sheet and asked for help. As of tonight there has been no response from the 2 emails I have sent and made 3 attempts to contact by phone with no results. First call said system was down call later, second call nothing again, third call today at 5:02 EST I was on hold for more than ten minutes and hung up. Sales rep and installer were excellent and easy to work with, however Customer Support lacks a lot. The problem is under warranty for 7 years will they honor it? read more

Saleswomen came out, spent hours discussing products and them measuring. Finally one chosen. Couple hours more for pricing and contract. Couple weeks later was told the product chosen was discontinued another visit with the saleswoman. Chose new product and received discount due to the issue. Then separate team has to come remeasure. Install delayed few weeks after being promised a particular date. Finally installed. Month later, texted and emailed multiple times to ask a question. ZERO response! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE once they sell you their EXPENSIVE products. Save yourself aggravation. Go elsewhere. read more

After only 3 weeks of having blinds installed parts started to fall off, not worth the money we paid for them, & will not recommend them to any one els, they are way overpriced & poor quality read more

I needed shades for years but no one at the box stores could help. A friend referred me to 3 Day Blinds and it was fantastic. The spe ialist helped me with choosing the color. They arrived in 3 days and they are so much better than my old ones. My old ones ars close to 15 years old. The price from 3 Day blinds was almost the same as 15 yrs ago AND the quality is 10x better. great deal. nice people. read more
